It looks nice, installation was straightforward, it is very stable, and it moves easily even with a heavy monitor and laptop arm going to the same side.

Best monitor arm in the business.
This is hands down the best monitor arm mount in the game. I have this setup in my office and at home, one setup is holding dual 38in widescreen monitors, while at home it is holding up dual 34 inch monitors.

New favorite monitor stands
I was impressed with the engineering, ease of installation, and usefulness of the arms in aligning two 27 inch monitors. Sadly for me, my desk was too close to the wall to make use of them and Ergotron was quick to take them in return. If I ever get a chance to re-buy them, I won't even look at others.

The design of the product
The design of the product is good and the components are high quality. The unit came with everything needed to install including tools. I now have several Ergotron products in my workspace. Since I spend so many hours there each day I appreciate having the quality and flexibility that Ergotron provides.

Well made but not useful for interesting setups.
There's no question to the quality of this product. It's incredibly robust and well made. VERY strong and steady. However it has one point of potential failure for some use cases. The range of motion is fairly limited. Positioning monitors the way it looks in the pictures is not easy or possible in some cases.

A sturdy monitor stand. The little screw that locks and prevents rotation from the horizontal does not work at all, it loosens very easily. Quality, Excellent, Worth its Price
Although I was initially skeptical about purchasing a $300+ monitor mount, which is around the same price as both of my monitors, I can safely say that I have no complaints with the product. The instructions to set the mount up can be slightly confusing, but once you figure it out, the monitor mount is seamless
