The item was the wrong carteige for my printer!!!
I purchased this product and, because it is the incorrect cartridge for my printer, I tried to return it without success. Your customer service is the worst that I have seen -- run-around. I doubt that I will ever order anything from HP again.

Worse thing I ever bought
It was easy to install. I never would have bought a HP printer had I known the only place I could buy the toner was on line with HP. Such a rip off!!!! Sorry I bought the printer, now I'm stuck till I buy a new printer and it certainly won't be a HP.

HP Instant Ink Is A Scam
When your instant ink trial is over, they don’t tell you that even though you have full cartridges of the instant ink, that it won’t work in the printer you purchased with your hard earned money. Instead, you have to go and purchase this new ink and let the cartridges you already have go to waste. I wasted over three hours of my life troubleshooting my printer only to learn that in fact you need to buy this ink because HP is a scam company. I will never buy an HP printer again.

Ok, but not great
Disconnects from wireless everyday. That creates lengthy “waking up” period prior to printing, scanning, or copying. Would prefer hard wire option as well as opposed to only Bluetooth.

Wrong toner for my printer
A few weeks ago my printer told me it was getting low on toner so I went through the steps of identifying which toner was right for my printer. However when it came to installing the new toner cartridge it would not fit and upon investigation I realized I had been led to choose the wrong toner cartridge. By this time more than 30 days have passed and I realized I was not eligible for a refund. So I ordered the right cartridge, who's part number identified by looking at the old cartridge part number, something I wish I had thought of originally. I wish I would not be charged for two cartridges and would like a refund on the first one which was the wrong part number,..

Replacing cartridge
Prompt service. HP also makes it easy to recycle cartridge. Instructions clear. Print quality good. I’ve had many printers and this has been the easiest replacement I’ve ever had.

I have to remember never buy another HP...
The fact that HP products must be loaded with official HP cartridge makes this brand useful only at developed countries. Their replacements are extremely expensive compared with alternative brands, when other printers allow different replacement

Ordered two cartridges, one damaged and sending it back. So far the cartridge is working fine, how many pages? who knows...yet.

A good choice.
Easy as pie to install and worked immediately. No need for test papers or inky fingers or replacing lots of ink cartridges. I don't need color 99% of the time, so this was a great investment.

Replaced toner 134A for HP printer M 209 DWE The toner received was defective. The lever on the right was slopped down compared to original toner therefore couldn’t slide into slot. Also in watching video, there were no plugs to remove nor tape. What happened to QC?? Now trying to communicate with Sales and Tech support.
