Easy cartridge replacement.
Printer cartridges are easy to replace and the discarded cartridge can be returned (dropped off at UPS store) for recycling postage paid by HP.

Good Toner for the Price
I had my old toner cartridge for over a year and it gave me good quality prints throughout its lifespan. I would highly recommend use of genuine HP cartridges for maximum benefit of an HP printer.

I love my HP Enterprise M553 and will be buying three more cartridges shortly. In terms of customer service, what is of concern is that it is extremely difficult to speak to an individual within HP immediately after making an online purchase. It seems everything is geared towards impersonal "non-human" communication. This was disappointing. Otherwise the experience was excellent.
