Too small
I wish these were as large as the ink tanks we had for our old DesignJet 500

Bite me, cyan.
The printer gives NO HINT AT ALL the ink is running low, so it STRANDED ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A MASSIVELY IMPORTANT DEADLINE JOB. Of course it was BLACK ONLY PRINTING, but God forbid you run out of cyan and the whole farcking machine quits on me. Whomever designed this machine SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT BACK AND SHOT. I expected more from HP.

Dried nozzles?
The new printer cartridges are fine, and the shopping and shipping was fine. The problem is that the three color cartridges on my plotter still had plenty of ink in them as I primarily print in black and white. I suspect that the nozzles dried up, rendering them useless, so I have to spend over $100 so I can continue printing in black. I removed and cleaned them with rubbing alcohol, but the computer chip refuses to recognize them. Nice racket you have going...
