Shortly after installation my 6310 would give me error messages saying cartridge not installed correctly. Many re-insertions and it would work. Got progressively more of an issue until the 6310 would not read the cartridge at all, Purchased one online from HP and had no further issues. Now my HP 98 cartridge is fading so I purchased the 98/95 set from HP. I will be sending back the Staples 95 cartridge back to recycle that is 3/4 full still. The only issue I have with your product is price. 1/2 the original cost of the 6310 for cartridges refills.

My HP printer works great still and the cartridges preform perfectly. Wish they lasted longer but most of all thank you for them.

It was purchased in 2007 and I've gotten many years of good use with it. I have an older laptop and when it is no longer useable, I intend to buy both a new HP laptop and a new HP printer. Your products are excellent in quality and design.

I've never been disappointed in the results, nor the fact that the colors stay true over the years. I've never had printer problems due to failure of a cartride, or had a cartridge plug or blot a printed page or picture. Easy instalation, and removal.

I live in an area with no nearby shopping and the website is easy to use. I feel HP's website is secure. I do feel they could lower the price of the inks a bit. As the manufacturer you'd assume they'd have the lowest price and they don't. But delivery is always fast and reliable and that is a definate plus.

I don't remember seeing the double black inkjet cartridges on the site now, and I get those locally when on a sale or with a coupon. Obviously, the black is used more often than the color. I have also purchased another photo cartridge recently. The real HP cartridges last and store well.

INK DID NOT LAST VERY LONG. SINCE I GOT MY CARTRIDGES FROM HP, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS. THE COLOR FROM THE COLOR CARTRIDGE IS GREAT. BOLD AND VIVID. I NO LONGER HAVE HALF PRINTED PAGES.

You ask would I recommend-I don't have much choice as this is the cartridge I need. I have always used HP ink in my printer. On the color, I printed another item that was suppose to be purple and white and the print came out red and white with a purple edge like it wanted to print that color

I'm guessing that they won't last quite as long since they are a little shorter (less ink inside). But I don't print much any more anyway.
