Jams
This printer jams frequently. And it consumes tons of expensive toner. On the upside, the tech who helped me clear the last jam was a jewel: patient, helpful, smart, courteous. If you buy this printer, I recommend buying the extended warranty coverage. I needed it!

Do not miss your RENEWAL DATE AS THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL not GIVE YOU AN EXTENDED WARRANTEE LATER.
i MISSED MY LAPTOP DATE BY JUST DAYS due to out of town AND THEY REFUSED COMPLETELY 2 times.
