One small part missing on new printer & HP Service was absolutely no help at all & this is the wrong part can I give negative 5 stars??????

It doesn't fit
Nowhere when I was ordering did I see any indication that the tray is made for a specific LaserJet model. I have 4 LJ's (M452nw, M452dn (2), and a M477fdw) that I wanted to use this for, although it was specifically ordered for my M477fdw. No joy! It doesn't even come close to fitting. It's sitting on a shelf while I try to find one that actually fits.
