30 seconds to replace cable. This one separates into 2 at laptop end. Works and fits perfectly.

Doesn't fit. Major Disappointment
Bought this as a replacement cable for the Thunderbolt 3 Docking station. In fact it has one end that is compatible with Zbook 17 G4, but, the other end, to the right in the photo, is intended to be permanently attached to the Thunderbolt 2 square dock.

Excellent product
This product came with all necessary items to replace the current one. This included the screws and washer as well as a screwdriver which made replacement easy. It also came with detailed instructions which would guide even the most novice person to successfully replace the cable with no issues.

Bad service
I order two cables online. Within a hour I called customer service and ask to cancel the order. They said one of the cables had already been processed but she could cancel the second cable. Both cables shipped and now there is a $10.00 restocking fee. I cannot believe that you cannot cancel an order within a hour of placing it. Will not be back

Perfect upgrade - exactly what I needed
This was purchased (along with a separate 230W A/C Power adapter) to upgrade my Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2. I can now use the dock with my new ZBook Studio G5. The cable is well built and instructions for replacing the original USB-C cable were easy to follow.
