The clarity is good on hearing and speaking. The only downside is when wearing the headset there is no way to lock in the speaker/mic and it moves inwards and the microphone hits your lips

Actually it was good with cisco, avaya , but with polycom no, we have to mske sure about a compitability , because noise cancellation very sensitive

The headset stopped working within one year.
I believe it stopped working because a firmware update was interrupted. However, there was no resolution available for this problem.

The product is excellent. The reason I paid dearly for such a product is that the microphone delivers on its promise.
Here in Brazil the product is very expensive, anyway, I recommend.
Of course, it is a product more focused on the corporate environment. His audio is not so good except what comes out of the microphone. However, his proposal is this, to have a microphone of excellence. So for this purpose it is worth it.

Before my review I should point out that I received an alpha version for testing.
--Comfort--
I was very surprised that this was as comfortable as it was. I have use my fair share of headsets, but this one is the most comfortable single ear set so far. It fits very snug, yet has no one point of pressure to cause discomfort. I had no fear of this falling off, and could easily forget I had it on when the mic was up. It is also extremely light, but it doesn't feel cheap. The cushion covering the ear speaker was also very nice. It has a little wiggle room that lets it sit flat against your ear, which is much more comfortable then the fixed counterparts. I wore this for 8 hours straight and had no comfort problems whatsoever.
--Mic--
It worked just how it should. No static, acceptable background noise/sensitivity, and good quality. It also adjust very easily.
--Sound--
Solid sound. Definite step up for holding a phone to your ear. I wouldn't say it stood out, but it met expectations, and I have no complaints.
--Overview--
This is a great headset for the price. If you need a single ear set, this one will get the job done. The comfort sets it above the competition, and the quality construction make it a contender for anyone who wants a reliable but simple headset.
