          I'm used to better quality audio on the Jabra Evolve 65. The tech that went into this just doesn't sound as good. It has a very hollow sound to it, which is potentially due to the size of the sound drivers, potentially the reduced size of the ear pads, and potentially the phone software used (Cisco Jabber) - or

          Talk time is only 1 1/2hrs long. Not enough time. Especially because I am a audible reader. Wouldn't repurchase another one. Also, the volume isn't loud at all.

          I've seen many people in the office with this type of headset and I can see it last for years. Now that I have one the quality I can assure the communication quality is excellent and my communications have improved.

They're call center headphones, so I guess I can't expect much more than to hear the caller. For what they are the headset seems overpriced. The sound quality on the wireless Evolve 65 is much better than these and they cost the same. I don't understand how this is an improvement over the 2300 series, but everyone's ears are different so maybe you can tell a difference that I can't.

I wanted to stay with a headset that would work with my company issues training cable, which required me to select a headset with QC quick connect. I purchased the best QC headset available, and it has turned out to be worse than the one I already had. I'm getting more complaints about background noise with my noise-canceling headset than I was getting before. Aswell people intermittently tell me they can't understand what I'm saying. I've switched back to my original headset because I'm getting fewer complaints when I'm using it. I'm going to try a replacement, and I hope the issue is limited to this headset and not the model. At this point, I can't recommend the product because neither has worked satisfactorily.
