This product has terrible mic and sound quality when wireless
I got these for my son for Christmas to go with a computer he was building for gaming. When in wireless mode, the sound quality is so atrocious, they become unusable. Meanwhile, you can get wired headphones and mics for MUCH cheaper that work great, since that's how you have to use these realistically.

Not meant for ears that protrude from one's head.
The sound quality was adequate (compared to my Beats ear buds, and the microphone functionality was super useful, but the headset hurt my ears after 30 mins of usage. Had to return them, which was a fairly easy and timely process.

It’s ok but not worth the price if you are working from home using a voip SIP app
Does not have digital noise cancellation, last years model that is the same price did! Also has Bluetooth static and connection issues especially with VoIP apps on IPhone.

Inbound and outbound audio call quality is superior to other competing products. Quality of materials is topnotch.
This is a better headset to listen to music since there is an equalizer in the app. This is a future-proof product since Jabra updates the software to improve the app.

Good Headset
I ended up returning the headset as it was tight for me and ended up giving me an headache. Nothing to do with the headset and probably my head is broader as I have similar issues with sunglasses as well. Otherwise the quality of the headset is great.
