Rated 5 out of 5 by from 4 stars for not having Media control buttons There is now play/stop/skip buttons. Maybe the reason for that is it is able to connect both on RF2.4GH and Bluetooth, so which one stream would you like to stop if listening to both? But since there is no buttons for that, and I use a lot, I will give 4 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Static, squealing, high pitched alarm sound in ear I was super excited to try these out. Man am I disappointed. The sound is great, fits my head well but within an hour of using them, I heard a pop then a weird static like the speakers are blown in the right side. Then the static turned into a high pitch squealing and then what sounded like an alarm, I had to restart my PC to stop the alarm sound but the static was still there. I updated my drivers, restarted pc, fully charged the headset and tried again. Now it randomly has static which sounds like the speaker is blown, but it's random and not all the time. When the headset is working, the sound is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional PROS: First and foremost the sound quality on these headphones is amazing. JBL always has great sound, but the 3D surround sound is incredible, really brings the games to life. The headset is comfortable, but right out of the box I thought they were a little on the heavy side. But after a couple uses, I don’t feel that way anymore. The mic automatically mutes when you lift it up, and there’s an audible click to confirm. The mic voice quality is excellent. The volume control is a dial instead of a button, which is an unexpected game changer for me. The lights on the side are a really cool feature, but they drain the battery a lot faster, so I generally keep them off. They come with a dust cover and some really nice, high quality charging and audio cables. These headphones can charge while being used, which is a huge plus for people who always forget to charge their devices (me). CONS: They are kinda bulky and really stick out on my head. I look like I belong on a Nascar pit crew. The only reason I list that as a con is because I was hoping to use these headphones for my work conference calls and zoom meetings, but I have a feeling I’ll look a little ridiculous in a serious work meeting…. There is an occasional lag when using the Bluetooth connection. When I use the included USB dongle to connect, it’s perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior Fit and Sound One of the greatest fitting and sounding headphones I have ever put on my head. The sound quality makes you feel like you are physically in the game. I love the on/off mic trigger. it makes muting the mic super easy to talk to someone that is in the room or answer the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gaming headset with awesome sound First impression out of the box is that these are very high quality. They have a solid feel and fit my head very comfortably. They are kind of heavy compared to other headsets, but the clear sound and noise cancelling options far out weigh that. The spatial surround sound is pretty amazing, I play some car racing games, and to here the other cars around you like that is a whole ne experience. The feature I love the most is automatic mic muting, so easy to use. Battery life is good, I only need to charge maybe once a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not pleased I really wanted to like these. The RBG is cool and they’re very comfortable. However, the audio is actually awful. I’ve played with all the settings, read the manual and some Reddit threads. Nothing seems to make the sound quality even close to decent. There’s even a static sound sometimes. The mic is also very bad. None of my friends can ever hear me and they ask me to repeat myself multiple times. The battery life is also something that bugged me- they die so quick. I’m not even picky with things like this but these were really disappointing. Not worth the money at all in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior to others headsets! The JBL Quantum 810 Wireless over-ear headset is superior to others I've used. I was so excited to get this high end headset! The sound is crystal clear and you can tell where it is coming from. They stay charged for over 14 hours so last me all day. Charging only takes a couple of hours to get to full. They are noise cancelling so outside distractions are not going to get in your way. This headset is the most comfortable I have ever owned and that's important to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wirklich ein tolles Headset Hallo ich durfte das JBL Quantum 810 Headset einen Monat lang testen. Was mir nicht so gut gefiel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headset with clear sound and microphone These are great! We have several other pairs of different styles and these are by far the top pick in the house. They are very comfortable even for long periods of gaming or work zoom calls. They look so sleek and very high quality and feel amazing on. I really like the lighting effects. I am very happy with the sound quality of them. JBL has such great sound quality and I was not surprised with these either. It can also be adjusted via the app which is very user friendly. The noise canceling is second to none. They can be used with the USB plug or Bluetooth. I have also used them a few times for work for zoom calls and have heard from coworkers that my sound is flawless. I like how the mic will show up red when your live too. The mic can be put up when not in use. I would recommend these to a gamer or if your stuck on zoom calls all day they are great for that too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you don't game hard, these may change that! I may not be a hardcore gamer, but these headphones may just change that. The sound quality and 3D feel of these is amazing. I use them with an Xbox, so I'm wired, but with the included wire, that has controls on the wire, you're good to go. This also comes with a Bluetooth dongle device for your PC. They also work great for just listening to music. They feel super comfortable on your head and ears with plenty of padding in all places. The led lights make them fun to wear in the dark and even better for guests to see. I can't find a single thing I don't love about these headphones!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great update to Quantum 800 I recently goit to test the new JBL Quantum 810 wireless gaming headset and I really got to say - I do like it very much! As I already have the Quantum 800 it was quite easy for me to compare both of them. There are not that many differences, but the most obvious is they added the possibility to charge while using - which is absolutely great, yet overdue. Nevertheless its great they now added that function, as it was really annoying having to stop gaming when the battery was empty - or go to jack-to-jack wire. I was a little bit disappointed by the battery time. JBL says it was up to 30 hours, but I can barely use it as my daily headset at work without charging in the afternoon. Got to mention this could correlate to me using the noise cancelling mode most of the time, but about 6 hours is really not that much if its said to be up to 30 hours. The positive things - it has the same great comfortability and sound as the Quantum 800 and as far as my colleagues said the microphone quality is pretty good as well. It's no problem to wear it all day, although it is a little bit heavy as far as i am concerned. In this price category i would definitely redommend the new Quantum 810, I really enjoyed testing it,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent Product with some issues The JBL Quantum 810 headset is a tiop tier headset with easy connectivity to various devices. Whats in the box ? The headset comes with a premium box, user manual, usb C cable and a 3.5mm aux wire for laptop and smartphone phone connection. Connectivity: the headset is wireless and therefore connected with a usb dongle. you just have to put in the dongle to the usb port. For the smartphone you can also use a 3.5 mm audio jack. However when I connected the headphones while running the video streaming application the headset was missing the audio in alot of places during the game play. To counter this issue I had to connected the headphones before running the streaming app and the video game. When you connect the headset midway after you are runnign the streaming app the auido worked at 50%. I was also complained by my friends that I sound like a robot and a bit too crispy to the ear while using the microphone. even though the microphne is covered by a small windscreen even then I could hear air gushed in my own streams. Comfort: the Headset is a bit on the heavy side at aroud (1 lbs) which makes it a bit difficult to wear for longer periods of time, on the contrary similar prices headphones are less heavy and also priovide more softer lighter and more ventilatted cushioning to the ear. Active Noise Cancellation works really well. you can press the samll button on left side to swithc on/off the ANC. The ANC can safely cut out the back ground noise and give you a very immersive experience. I also found that the headphnes do not have a good air ventilation system as it would get a bit sweaty for my large ears. To get better ventilation for my ears I am urged to remove them time after time. To enable more features like equalizer, Spaatial sound settings, RGB lightning, Drivers, and microphone setting, you can also download the JBL quantum engine its quiet easy to search and download to your PC. If you do not want to recharge the headset afer every 8 hoaurs then you have to compromise on the RGB lights and switch them off for a longer lasting battery. Pros: Good soud quality Easy connectivity Can be charged while used Long USB charge cable Long battery life only with the RGB lights switched off Good support by the Quantum engine application for customisations Good audio/chat balancing feature. Cons: Average microphone Lacks comfort at this price range Less than 8 hours battery if the RGB lights are on. Sound missing when connected after running the streaming app. Summary: A headset like this need to fulfil its prmise to provide comfort, good microphone and connectivity. The Jbl Quantum 810 barely manages to deliver all these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphones in today's competitive market! With the current gaming headphones market it's hard to decide which set fits best for you. What sets the Quantum 810 apart from the competitors is the ANC (active noise cancelling), the custom RGB effects, and the overall quality of the product. Even though they're mostly made of plastic, the Quantums feel nice and durable and the looks match as well, sleek and clean. Comfort is an important factor, after a long session of gaming there's little to no discomfort with these beasts. The active noise canceling is a real game changer (literally haha), it allows for more focus on the game, especially if you have to share a household with other people using TV's. Also love that the mic can be moved out of the way easily and automatically mutes while in the upward position. Thge customizability of the RGB lighting is a really great feature, I'm able to match it to my computer and my keyboard using the JBL Quantum app, as well as adjust the sound settings for the headphones. One of the coolest additions to the Quantums is their ability to be used as regular headphones too! Bluetooth connectivity and a 3.5mm audio jack allows for use on phones whether its for music or streaming. The Quantum 810s leave little to be desired in the features department and that's why I consider them one of the best headphones. 10/10

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect headphones for gaming, office, and classes These headphones do everything you might need them to do as a gamer, office worker, and a student. First, as a gamer, they have two modes of virtual surround sound: DTS and QuantumSURROUND. I left it at JBL's mode, but DTS is also useful. You can adjust your head size in the app, and that supposedly makes the surround sound algorithm more accurate. Quantum 810s produce all frequencies faithfully, and the bass is strong. I advise to tone down the bass a bit in the equalizer, unless you love the shaking bass of various 3d shooters. The wireless dongle installed easily and works flawlessly: I don't perceive any delay between the action in the game and the sound reaching my ears. It's very liberating not to be tied to the desktop. The wireless signal is rather strong, and I can still hear undistorted audio from the second floor (computer is on the first floor). Next, as an office worker, these headphones connect to your phone's bluetooth and seamlessly merge the computer's sounds with your phone conversations. This is priceless: you don't have to keep switching between the headphones and whatever you use to talk on the phone. The top dial on the left earpiece allows you to tone down the computer sounds. Unfortunately, you can't control the volume of the phone sounds (both conversations and whatever media you're playing). Lastly, as a student who wears these headphones while coding and writing papers/latex, these headphones are a blessing in that they feature active noise canceling and play all music very nicely. The ANC can be turned on and off using a small button on the very top of the left earpiece. As mentioned in the gaming section, all frequencies are produced very well by these Quantum 810s, and ANC allows for better concentration and lower music volume, while you can still hear all the details in your music. Lastly, battery life is very good. I charge them up every few days of 3-6 hours behind the computer. My RGB LED settings are minimal, and I estimate that with RGB turned all the way off you can get maybe 1.5 - 2 times the battery life. But who buys RGB LED - enabled headphones and doesn't use them, amirite? Overall, great headphones that do everything I wanted them to do. There is nothing extraneous or redundant, and all the necessary features are there. Great product by JBL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The usual solid audio product from JBL My headphone collection has grown again… I like to mention it because I enjoy it so much - the packaging is phenomenal on JBL products. Easy to open, and everything is well protected and you can tell thought went into it. That aside - overall I enjoy these headphones for the sound quality thus far and the microphone quality. My girlfriend and I used them over Bluetooth from our phones and had no problems connecting and music and videos were very clear - more so than a good portion of my other headphones. The same was true on my work laptop and personal laptop - simple to connect with Bluetooth. Sound was fantastic for work calls and some casual gaming sessions - microphone was clear in both cases with co workers and other gamers. Noise cancellation is superb - if you want to drown out the world or your angry significant other - these will knock that out of the park for you. All in all for the price I personally think these are a great value in the sound quality department - my only minor concerns are about durability and a personal preference on the cup material. The headband foam cushion while soft and good at not putting a lot of pressure on the head also for some reason feels incredibly cheap (yet not?) - we just feel like it may not hold up over the long term but is definitely comfortable. The same is true for the earcups but I also find they trap heat in due to the materials so if you have them on too long it may be bothersome but breaks are good folks! My only other minor concern is the microphone material - it’s not as easy to bend as id like and it doesn’t give confidence it will last long if you move it around a lot. But these things could just be in my head and not entirely accurate (not had them long enough). The microphone mute is nice though - an easily identifiable click when you roll it up so you know it’s muted (plus LED light). Other than that as mentioned these are great - not heavy, are comfortable and adjustable and sound great both on audio and output via the microphone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Headset The Quantum 810 is my 6th headphone that I currently use (yes, I have a soft spot for headphones). I use it for meetings in the home office as well as for video editing and gaming. So far I am happy with the headphones. The battery life is about 3 days of continuous operation with the RGB lighting switched off, which eats noticeably battery. The sound is really good and you can't complain about the microphone. If you want to adjust something, you can play around in the sound settings via the associated software from JBL. Although I currently have much more expensive headphones in my squad, I wear the Quantum 810 by far the most. They are comfortable, very valuable, and sound fantastic. The lighting is just a funny gimmick, but it looks extremely cool. I really can't find anything to complain about... this is an all around very very good headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fantastic wireless headset The Quantum 810 is a great wireless gaming headset. It's sound isolating closed ear design helps block out any unwanted background noise that interferes with your gaming or listening experience. I use my Quantums to help block out the sound of a loud fan blowing in the background which helped immerse myself into the game. The dual sound channel is also a great feature. Being able to adjust whether I hear my WoW guildies on discord more or the game more clearly is a great ability. I only have 1 minor complaint; my ears got sweaty after having the headset on for about 3 hours straight. But that probably means I should take more breaks. Overall the Quantum 810 is a fantastic wireless headset and a great entry into the market. It is light weight, easy to use and connect, has clear sound, has customizable RGBs, and most importantly easy to use external volume controls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best quality. Finally, a headset that does not randomly crack for no reason. The quality is really good and the sound is perfect. However, when I have standby time on, the headset is supposed to turn of after a certain amount of time when no audio is playing. But it randomly turns off even when audio is playing, especially when the battery is around 50%. Its not a big deal, I just have it always on, then it does not do it, but I think its worth mentioning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sounding headphones on the market!! I bought this on black friday and it was my best purchase! I have had turtle beach, razor, and logitech headphones and none of them come close to the JBL 810. I play on PS5 and these provide me with everything I could need for console play. The bluetooth connection allows me to be in discord with my PC friends on my phone while still hearing gameplay. When I want to listen to music, the 810's are my go to choice even over airpods! The wireless connection is seamless and so easy to connect to my console. These headphones come with everything a gamer can want and need. Highly recommend trying these to bring your gaming experience to the next level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, poor craftsmanship I purchased this item I'd say 3 days ago, everything was great the audio is wonderful and everything id expect from a jbl product, but theres modes you can have your headphones in and one mode i like to have my headphones in is anc its a really great feature. Sadly, I cant enjoy this mode for apparently having all your hz's (31hz, 62hz, 125hz, etc...) maxed out it messes with the mode and bugs the right headphone causing it to make a terrible treble noise like a blown speaker. Now I go about my days without it on and so far not an issue but please get this fixed. Id like to be able to enjoy these headphones at the standards they're expected to be held. P.s. id like to mention i didnt have this issue when initially having everything maxed and anc on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can’t Get Better Than This A gaming headset that has everything you want in top of the quality. The noise cancellation is out of the world. doesn’t let any noise in. The leather ear-cups are so soft and puffy, it feels like you’re wearing a pillow. The mic is crystal clear. The best part is having a mute button. It is so easy to mute yourself when you’re not near your laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality sound, extremely comfortable I love everything about JBL’s best gaming headset I have ever used. First off, when unboxing the Quantum 810 wireless, they have the coolest look with “JBL” that lights up different colors on each side. They are inside of a nice bag to keep them from getting scratched and keep dust off of them when not in use. They are so comfortable when you put them on, you would have to put them on to appreciate how comfortable they really are. I imagined that’s what a fluffy cloud would feel like, when I put them on. Way more so comfortable than any other headset I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot over the years. Now the sound quality, with surround sound and with the full active noise canceling, pretty much blew my mind. The sound is so amazing and I feel like I’m in a movie theater with perfect crisp sound all around. I absolutely love it!! You don’t have to do anything to connect them to your devices. The Bluetooth automatically connects when you turn them on. You can’t get any easier than taking the product out and just turning it on and it’s ready to go. The charger is included and it’s very nice and sturdy. It’s made like a “rope” plus the handbook for using is included in the box. There is nothing I would change about JBL’s Quantum 810 wireless gaming headset because it is literally the best I’ve ever had in every way. I know they will last forever because everything from JBL has lasted me for years and I’ve never had a problem. If you want the best quality, sound and superior comfort made, I highly recommend this product. I’m sure this is the last headset I want to use for years to come. It’s that good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawless Sound, Sound Tracking & Speedy Charging! When I first opened the box of the 810s, I immediately felt that they were going to be good headphones. After testing them, I found that the game sound tracking was really good. I could tell where enemies were just using the headphones. The noise cancellation is excellent. What blew me away the most when I first plugged them in was the sound quality. It is very clear and crisp. You can really hear the bass too. The packaging is amazing, as is the presentation of the headphones in the box. The buttons work flawlessly, and the headphones are fast charging. What I didn't like though was the microphone. I wish you were able to remove it. Sometimes it gets in the way. And on the outside of the headphones, there's a metal material, which looks good, but it also gets a lot of fingerprints. Overall, they feel stable and work great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good all around I initially purchased a pair of the 810s back in January for work. I was super happy with the product; sound quality is top notch. After about 4 months my mic started to crackle and eventually stopped working. I reached out to JBL about the issue, and they sent a new pair right away. Very pleased with the customer service and product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL has created a "GAMERS MASTERPIECE"! The JBl Quantum 810 are at a whole another level. While playing on my PS5 console using the 2.4 USB, the 3D audio sound is very clear and surround immersive with no lag or drops at all. The (ANC) active noise cancelation is a great feature with a female talk voice telling you wether it's on or off. They feel very light and comfortable over the ears with no discomfort from long play. I also noticed the battery life is long, lasting hours without needing a charge. The led lights around the outside of each ear cups and JBL logos are a very nice touch with a waving color effect. The chrome color is eye catching but can be a slight fingerprint magnet. The small 2.4 wireless usb adapter has a connect button on the side, which is a really nice feature too. It connects quickly to the headset with no issues at all. The headset can be also connected via bluetooth. The microphone has a small visable mute red led indicator at the end of the boom that turns on when you lift the microphone or push the mute button on the headset. The microphone is very clear. The controls are very easy to adjust at a fingers reach. It also comes with a nice light headset storage bag. JBL definitely thought it over and created a great gaming headset with lots of features for gaming consoles. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality, feel, weight and performance of the JBL Quantum 810.

I also love the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) to eliminate any external sounds. The boom mic with its flip-up mute is a pretty ingenious detail for quick action. If you are a gamer of any level, I would highly recommend these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Headset hate the Software and Broken Feat Pro: They look and feel amazing! Pro: Sounds are clear but too quiet. Pro: Bass is smooth and hits hard with no rattle. Con: Needs to be a lot louder. Hopefully will have a volume increase in future firmware. Con: The JBL QuantumSurround Engine is Garbage. Resorted to using the DTS option. Con: Spent hours messing with sound options and configurations to get enough volume and clarity from these headphones. I have to re-tweak for different games Con: Talk Though "TT" feature disables PC Audio!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Xbox Users Beware I just wrote a review not that long ago but realized another fault of this product. The LED lights don’t even function when you are using them with an Xbox due to the fact it isn’t connected to Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth isn’t supported on Xbox for whatever reason. You can turn the electronics on for Bluetooth mode for a little while, but it’ll shut off automatically shortly after due to there being no Bluetooth connection. If you are looking into these, and are an Xbox user consider this… All of the buttons and turn dials have no function if you are using an aux cord which is your only option on Xbox, the noise canceling doesn’t work with aux (which once again is your only option), and the LED lights don’t even work with an aux cord. Absolutely awful product for Xbox users. I wish there were a warning telling Xbox users not to buy this due to the absolute lack of all of these features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't beat it for the price I got this on their Black Friday sale for half price and I am in love with it so far. Sound quality is pretty amazing. The spatial surround sound truly sounds great for music, gaming, or just watching videos. Noise cancelling is very good, can hardly hear myself speaking. Very comfortable as well. Mic sound quality seems to be nice as well. Oh battery life is absolutely amazing on this thing (I keep the LEDs powered off). The JBL quantum software that you use with the headset is nice and easy to use. It has things such as battery percentage indicator, LED color customization, EQs, and more. My only concern with this headset, is the microphone makes an audible clicking nosie when you move it up into the mute position. My concern being that the switch, or whatever that clicking noise to mute the mic, may mess up over time. But we shall see. So far this thing is super great though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gaming comfort Comfortable headphones for gaming. Felt heavy at first, but were good after a bit of adjustment. Kind of more comfortable without glasses, though not bad with them on. Easy to use the headset and sound quality is perfectly decent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome wireless gaming headset and more! First off, I give the JBL Quantum 810 Wireless Headset a five-star review based on overall design, comfort, and sound quality. Considering the price point, it comes in on the lower side of the higher end headset market. Ultimately, it’s the perfect option for anyone in need of a high-quality headset, including serious gamers, who don’t want to break the bank. Here are some more details on why I love this headset: Design and Comfort. Like other JBL products I have reviewed, the Quantum 810 Wireless is very well made. It has a sleek look and feel and is definitely built to last. Compared to other gaming headsets, this one is relatively compact in size. It’s a little on the heavier side but the padding and adjustable range makes it very comfortable. Although it felt a little tight at first, I wore it for several hours at a time and have no complaints whatsoever. Further, the volume controls on the wired connector and headset are well placed, responsive, and easy to navigate. Sound. I tested the Quantum 810 Wireless with numerous games on my PC and Xbox (only works with Xbox via wired to the controller) and was thoroughly impressed. I also connected it to my phone via Bluetooth for making calls and listening to music. On all fronts the audio was crystal clear with no lag and the noise cancelling feature makes for a very immersive experience. The microphone produces a great audio return for other gamers and works extremely well for phone calls. The range for using the dongle and Bluetooth was pretty standard. I was able to walk around freely to a few different rooms without loosing connection or degradation in the sound. Battery life. The battery life isn’t mind blowing but it lasted around 3.5 hours as specified. I did run it down a few times while gaming but was able to plug it into to a spare USB port and continued on. From full depletion, it took about an hour or so to fully charge. Additional features. The JBL Quantum Engine software application offers access to a lot of extra features including adjusting RGB LED lighting controls and effects, tweaking the microphone settings, firmware upgrades, and equalizer settings. The interface itself is easy to use and allows you to customize your experience with ease. Overall review. If you’re looking for a high-quality headset but don’t want to break the bank, definitely consider the JBL Quantum 810 Wireless Headset. The sound is awesome, it’s built well, and has a great look and feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Cool Gaming Headset The headset is comfortable to wear and adjustable. They have this rainbow color way that looks amazing while playing in the dark. You can alternate from being wired to wireless. It is cool that they can be Bluetooth paired with my phone. The sound is awesome as it has noise canceling for background noises but I can clearly hear all persons while playing COD, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone set with extra features! This is a great upgrade on headphones for gaming. I previously had the JBL Quantum 350 headphones and really liked the sound. This set has a better sound quality and more creature comforts. The padding on the ears and head is a lot softer and helps with keeping noise out. There's also extra functions like the volume control for game vs chat that's right on the set so you don't have to change settings in the game. The microphone is nice and folds up and down if you don't use it. But there's also a mic cutoff button so you can just turn it off with one push. The set connected to the dongle with ease on the first set up and every set up since. It's cool that the JBL logo on the sides light up, but unnecessary. One thing that's really nice compared to the 350, is that this set can be Bluetoothed to your phone, so you can use it as a regular headset when you want. Previously the 350 would only connect to a dongle and could only be used for what that was plugged into.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headset with great sound! I bought this as a replacement of my old headset and I do not regret it. I had big expectations, as I know, JBL is a great brand. First of all the design is very modern and stylish. Once unpacked it was very easy to get it ready, plug and play. I directly tried it while playing FIFA with my friends, and I could finally enjoy the team speaks. There are no background sounds or any other noise. The sound is very clear and my friends told me, they could hear me very well. All of my friends directly asked me, if I changed my headset or what I have changed, that it now works better. I would really buy it again and I do highly recommend this headset!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best gaming headset for an immersive experience! I have been using this headset while gaming with my xbox and used as a regular bluetooth headset with my phone. Although I wish I could use it wirelessly with my xbox, I understand that this is an xbox issue and not caused by JBL. Going by what I read, it would work wirelessly with all of the other gaming consoles and PC. NOW, to the quality of this headset. It is AMAZING. The sound is crisp and clean with incredible bass that just seems to penetrate your soul. The highs and mids are great, as well. The sound is so immersive that playing shooting games was almost overwhelming at moments. I absolutely love the sound. The materials are great and the headset is truly sturdy and just feels and looks great. Lastly, the comfort is definitely there. I can wear these headphones for hours with almost no issue. The only issue is that if I get too i to the game, the noise canceling works too well and my fiance frightens me when tapping on my shoulder. 10/10 recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely good, but could've been better. These headphones are just, AWESOME. They sound extremely good, the battery life is just... incredible. The mic could've been better but atleast my friends can hear me. I would've liked to see some metal on this thing especially at such a high price, but the quality is still very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Product The JBL Headset Quantum Wireless can easily be connected to the pc in a few simple steps, by just plugging it in and turning it on. If you want to use more of the headset’s features, like the LED lights, I would recommend installing the “JBL QuantumEngine“ application, which will allow you to customize its settings. The USB charging cable included with the headset is long enough to allow you to simultaneously charge and use the headset, without taking a break, though the battery life is not to be underestimated. The ANC (Active-Noise-Canceling feature works really well, though it may leave you with a feeling of pressure in your ears after some time. At a weight of about 400g (Probably due to the battery), it could use a little more padding, otherwise it might be hard, getting through a long gaming session Regarding the cost the sound quality should have been a lot better, especially coming from an established brand like JBL, I’d often get complaints from players on teamspeak, saying I sounded metallic. Something a headset just cannot be missing in today’s world is a way to toggle the sound output of the speakers and mic directly on the device, without having to go into settings, yet this one is unfortunately lacking. To quickly summarize my points, let‘s list the pros and cons of this headset Pros Cons Modern design Somewhat heavy at 400g LED lights Could use more padding Noise suppression Microphone sound quality could be improved Software compatible with pc Sound quality has to be better for the price Easy to connect to phones and computers Can be connected to multiple devices (eg. Phone and pc) simultaneously Can be used while charging High production quality Long battery life

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Personally I find it reliable So I've had this headset for 15 months and it's holding strong a full charge lasts it 3 days It's range is about 4 yards with interference and it's been darn near indestructible Only parts that have broken are one of the war mountings that I drilled back on and the mic but other than that it had endured being crushed slapped played with by a toddler and time
