The picture has great quality.
The TV had excellent picture. Setup was difficult because the remote did not work. I had to purchase a magic remote to be able program the television. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour with no help. Customer service representative said they would send me a new remote, but it never came. Very disappointing.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A DAMAGED TV
I will never buy a TV from this website. 50 inch was delivered damaged. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received information to send it back. The customer service rep said it could be a few more days. Then, I have to wait for a return label. He also said I am responsible to take the damaged TV to fedex for drop off. Save your frustration and buy from a local store. Even if it’s a little more, it’s worth not going through their return policy!

Have owned for a week and not happy. Remote won't communicate with tv 90% of the time. Contacted LG and was told to unplug the set for 1 minute. This worked and used the remote to complete the set-up. Remote won't turn set off. When turning it on next day, goes to home page and remote won't communicate with set. Need to unplug 3 or 4 times before being able to use HDMI input. Don't tell me "Life's Good".

it is too dark
movies like black panter are almost unwatchable because the pictute is so dark, I have tried all of the brightness settings and at best it gets washed out. I plan on returning this tv. very dissappointed loved my older lg it is oled and the picture quality and brightness are much better than this one.

Damaged Goods - DOA - Terrible Customer Service
Product arrived damaged - whole screen was a spider web of cracks. The main problem is terrible customer service. Rather than processing a replacement, it has to be a return for refund and then I would need to purchase again. So after waiting a week to get the TV, having it arrive broken, I now have to put out more money, repackage the TV, take it to a shipping center, and then wait longer for another TV to arrive. Absolutely terrible customer service. Goodbye LG, I am now a former long time customer.

Bought this past month and have had no problems. Still haven't tried all the features but so far it's been great. Color and clarity is great. Easy to set up. Bought on Black Friday at a great price at Best Buy.

Disappointing picture
I bought this TV after my old plasma TV went out. I bought this TV early December based on the reviews. I'm surprised by the positive reviews. I found the picture to be lacking - my old plasma TV had a much better picture, and so does my old LCD TV I keep in my bedroom. But on this LG TV many of the programs I watch appear washed out and the skin color unnatural. I tried adjusting the settings but I couldn't find a setting to produce a good picture. I would have returned the TV but I was out of town for a couple of weeks and now I've missed the return window.

BEWARE-Not worth the troubles
BEWARE - Save yourself the trouble and pick it up yourself from a retailer. I'm sure the product would be great, but the shipping and customer service is abhorrent. The tv came across country, from California. I was told that they could schedule a drop off time, that didn't happen. It was left at the door. The screen was shattered into fine lines and there was huge puncture dent in the back frame. The box that it was shipped in was just what you would get off the shelf, not a proper shipping box for long travel. I have been on the phone every day with customer service waiting for a shipping label as there is only 14 days to return. Guess what? Still no return shipping label and it almost at the end mark for return. I am told every day that it's an extra 4 business days for the label. I need the shipping label in order to schedule a pickup as the local drop off locations do not take these large items. Save yourself the trouble and pay the extra $24 that was saved by getting the prior year model at the retail store. Not worth the headaches. Shame on you LG for having such poor support processes.
