stopped working after 1 week of daily use
Used this for one week. Audio still works. Video is black. Spent hours troubleshooting only to find out device is defective.

Incredibly easy to setup, the unit is basically plug and play.
Initial setup included unboxing the unit and attaching the USB and power. once powered up I launched skype for business. Skype already had the connect set as my default camera and audio as it is a priority device.

The Logitech CONNECT is a remarkable solution for on the go group video meetups. It has a great speaker and camera with a pretty good battery life span. I put it in little carry case and made it available to the Faculty and Staff for when they need to travel or set up an office or classroom as a conference room

This device works great, I have yet to use a video conferencing software that it does not work with. I mostly use it with click meeting and skype, but I have also been invited to goto meetings and it works great there also. I have used it with Win 10 and Win 7 with no issues at all, it is truly plug and play. J
