Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Firesticks don’t buffer anymore! It’s only been a couple days but I am extremely satisfied with this product. The Wi-Fi worked pretty good in my home but when it came to my Grandson playing his ps5 and my firesticks the buffering became frustrating! I had to find a solution and so far this Mesh Wi-Fi 6 system is doing the trick! The firesticks haven’t buffered once and the ps5 hasn’t lagged. So far this system has done the trick!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Speeds/Connectivity Even after firmware updates this system is entirely too unstable to be usable in a production environment. Unable to disable 2.4ghz band. Devices always default and favor satellites physically farther regardless of signal quality. Losing upto 80% available download bandwidth by utilizing these as the wifi solution. Using spectrums supplied wifi router, obtaining speeds next to wired speeds. Either I got faulty unit(s, firmware, or just have the most edge case building layout ever. Completely unhappy with the purchase but companies never do anything to make it right so I've just wasted money on a product that doesnt meet the expectations or marketing on the box. Maybe these would work better if they allowed more advanced configuration like direct iptables access or the ability to force the radio in any manner we see fit

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rapid response I needed another satellite to fill a dead spot in my coverage. The satellite was here in 2 days. Great service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dead at warranty expiration I bought the set of 3 MR60 and one of the satellites just died, stopped turning on. It was just after the 1-year warranty of course :( now I’m expected to pay over $100 for a satellite to an older system when the other 2 pieces will die at any time? Or do I buy the whole thing again? I don’t want to have to buy a whole new system every year so I will find another way if that’s how this is going to go. Worked easily for a while but I was constantly being sold stuff on the app which was annoying too

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent mesh system I purchased this system about a year ago because my router alone gave me poor coverage throughout my home. This was very easy to set up, just plug your satellites into an outlet, connect the base to your router via cable (cat 5e) and outlet, some minor setting up asking for your internet name/ password, and it's ready. I get coverage listening to streaming on my phone while outside in my yard. I was lucky to get coverage from one end of my home with the router alone. I get it everywhere i need it. Great coverage and security!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bit defender not needed. The nighthawk ME60 router with armor works extremely well. I use it for streaming as we do not have canle tv. Why only three stars. Because you cannot get armor for the router without bit defender. I do not need bit defender I have always and always will use norton. For these reason my next router up grade will not be netgear as i feel I am paying for a service I do not need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't listen to the 1 star reviews My speeds increased so much. That I want one in every room. Just to see what happens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheap for a reason System constantly drops, speeds lowered to <20% of my plan speed. Can’t set mesh connections manually so instead of linking to the modem they daisy chain off each other which also lowers speed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Room for improvement Distance between satilites is not as great as it should be. Satilites only have 1 RJ45 port and they should have at least 4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Short distance Distance seems to be limited to about 50 ft should be much farther.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great signal strength Fast speed I replace my Cox cable modem and wireless router with Netgear. The signal strength throughout my 2200 sqft house is great. I can even connect my outdoor TV to the internet now. I get the same speed on wireless as I do with the computer plugged into the internet. Great products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need another satellite! I bought the router and two satellites. The setup was easy, performance has been solid, and they're doing a great job of covering the main floor of my 115 year old house. Unfortunately, the signal is not great upstairs, so I need another satellite. Hoping the add-on satellite is available soon. The only other thing I'd like to see is a little more in the way of advanced configuration options in the mobile app, but for a plug and play solution, this is a pretty solid option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive add on You already pay upwards of 200 for the mesh wifi6 system. Then another 130 for a single satellite. It better be worth the price at the end of the day and on top of all of this, pay extra for extending armor past the trial period and if you want extra warranty/ phone support. Will further update later on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product but poor instructions The installation instructions were 3 pictures but they did not say to install the mesh system rather than the router. I had to call tech support because it would not install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as advertised This is a really good router system, but not as good as some of the others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Not a single dead zone in my entire house thanks to these. If possible, I recommend hardwiring each satellite with ethernet for optimum performance. Setup is as easy as it gets; the ones complaining they couldn't get it working are probably just boomers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product stinks I wish I could give it a lower rating. After many tech support calls and many different problems I have given up. This product is very buggy. I had a different problem each time I had to call. finally the satellites would not connect anymore. Netgear should be ashamed to sell this product. Just JUNK!!! Please do not buy this product. So

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great when it does This device drops wifi connections multiple times a day. I have been waiting for an update to the router firmware, but at this point I'm going back to my old 802.11ac equipment and waiting for Wifi 6e to become standard before wasting another $400 on bad or current equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not buy netgear- terrible customer service fees This product will not remain synced with the primary router when. Netgear will not provide basic customer support to implement the warranty process as I was told the product is functioning (how can they tell if it won't connect to our network? I was told I needed to purchase the gear-head customer service plan for $$$. No there legitimate businesses charges for basic customer service on a part that is less than a year old. When the rest of my equipment dies or is no longer functional I will be purchasing another brand that provides basic customer service at no cost to their customers. I will also be reporting netflix to the CFPB and BBB for failure to pursue the warranty process on a product that should be covered but I am being required to pay to find out if they will complete it. Go with a company that actually values customer service and does not try to extort their customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid mesh network home network Super easy to install and/or expand. Both mobile app and web site are easy to use. Some equipment will not work with a mesh network; however, so keep that in mind if you decide to upgrade.
