Disappointed in the iPhone 14 Plus holster. Very flimsy and is nothing like the previous iPhone holsters. Not a good buy. In one word- Disappointing.

Poor Performance
I don’t know if I got a defective holster or what but this device would not keep my IPhone 15 Plus in the holster. The phone constantly fell out of the holster. It appears the two small teeth on the holster are not large enough to seat in the phone groove. Luckily for me only my screen protector was damaged when the phone was inadvertently released from the holster numerous times. This holster was recently ordered due to my original holster breaking one of the bottom seating corners.

Return customer, New iPhone OtterBox ROCKS
On my previous iPhone 6S Plus I encased it in and OtterBox with holster and over a period of 6 years dropped it so many times I lost count. I expect this one to do the same, I've dropped it a few times already and just like the other one it protected the iPhone beautifully.

Not a good fit
My original belt clip broke, ordered two new ones and both fit too loose and my phone falls out with little effort. This is a first for me. Been using otter box for about 10 years with no problems. Still a great product even though this one didn’t work.

XT Holsters need to be stocked in stores!
Ordered the iPhone 15 Pro holster (which is not in the Verizon stores when you buy the Defender, but they sent the max instead, and it arrived 5 days late (I paid extra to have it Fedex'd). Very poor execution by OtterBox. Of course, then i had to waste more time calling them and getting it straightened out, which they did.

No Screen Protector
I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have a screen protector. Other than that it’s fine, yes I can buy one, but for what I paid thru Verizon it should have one. Even though the holster was free, it also should have came with the otter box and it didn’t, I had to order it from otter box using a promo code to get it free.

I will only use Otterbox cases and holsters.
Phone fits tight, and releases pretty easily too. I have used a few different cases and belt holsters over the years but only Otterbox stands behind their product to the nines. I’ve never had such good service when either falls apart from normal use and wear.

Awesome product but not totally happy with the belt clip.
Drop on the ground as i was entering my car and the corner broke. Phone totally safe but, now it will not hold my phone
