Buyer beware, online stock isn't correctly updated
Never received, worst purchasing experience online shopping I've ever had. Marked "shipped", tracking sent, never actually dropped off, had to wait 14 days before they would offer a reship, only to find out they never had it in stock to begin with and would be refunding my order. That's after repeatedly contacting them to figure out why my package, sitting 3 hours away in another city, was 2 weeks later. 14 business days, mind you. So actually closer to 3 weeks. Never received the bag and can't recommend ever buying directly from Samsonite

Nice overall, but strap hook was weak
Overall very nice. I wanted to be able to carry 2 laptops of varying sizes, & it's great for holding 2 laptops, a notebook, & power cords. However, the strap hook slipped off & the bag fell down while a laptop was inside. I ended up using the strap from my previous briefcase, that has very sturdy swivel hooks.

Not quite as big as I thought it would be
Was not as big as I thought it would be. Given it was the next size up in choices thought the expansion would be bigger to carry more.

Laptop bag usability
Very well made. Holds either my 16" or 17" Dell laptops and accessories with room to spare. Well padded too.

It works
I like the size and layout of this bag. Good organization and use of space. The material and build quality is definitely not what I expected from a Samsonite bag. I got it on sale so it will work, but don't believe it to be worth the full price.

Briefcase shoulder bag
Did not come with shoulder strap. They sent it later. Not very spacious. Shoulder strap unclips .Not great value for price. Maybe will become more spacious with use. Good for laptop and 1-2 A 4 size agendas. Compartments are handy and handy sleeve for carry on bag.
