Samsung website was organized by a bunch of idiots?
Placed an order for QN65QNX1DAFXZA and selected mounting service with wall-mount. And this is the only option available.
And yet on the day of delivery, the installer told me this is not compatible. Now I have to jump through hoops with Samsung customer service to get a replacement and reschedule installation.
What a way to keep your customer service hotline busy and employed.

Incorrect Recommendation for Accessories
Do not purchase accessories or wall mounts from Samsung direct. Samsung recommended twice the incorrect wall mount. Due to unforeseen issues we were delayed with the second mounting, which they recommended. And again it was incorrect but was 3 days past the return date. They are providing no solutions or options for return or refund and provide no support. You will not feel valued as a customer as just run you around policies.

Do NOT buy!
I was recommended to buy this wall mount buy Samsung when I was buying my TV with them, but it is the wrong fit! Not only they recommended it for the TV I as buying from then, but it does not say anywhere it would fit my TV....
Then the return process was very very complicated, and I am not even sure they will give me a refund...

Great mount but needs improvement.
I actually bought this mount more than a year ago and it did not work where I had the TV installed. ( custom made enclosure). Yesterday I moved the TV to a regular wall. The mount works like a charm. There is so little space between the wall and the TV I can't get my finger between them. The TV looks like a window. I ran my cables through the wall. The mount can be as close as 7.5 mm (.35 inch). It is a superior look.
My biggest complaint is that the wall mounted wings are not long enough to catch two studs. So two mounting screws will be anchored in a stud but two will be anchored in drywall. A point of weakness.
Second complaint is that you have to be very precise in your placement of the two wings. 1/4 inch too far apart and the brackets will not mount onto the TV. The paper templates provided for mounting were next to useless. This is a measure three times, drill once product.
Aside from that I love it.

Not Compatible with S90C 77”
This is the mount that is auto-selected from the S90C 77” product page when you add mounting service and mount. The kicker is that the instruction manual clearly states on the first page “not compatible with the 77” s90c model”. Samsung support was less than helpful and requested that I return my entire order including TV and reorder at a higher price so I can have the installer service come again.

Frustrated with Mounting issues
same experience as others.. RXO service tells me that my slim fit wall mount 2022 ( recommended by Samsung sales and they are still insisting its right) is not the right one to mount my newly bought 85 " QLED 4K tv and i am still going back and forth with Samsung support and RXO support. I am very frustrated and lost time and money and am really needing a refund on this slim fit if RXO comes next week ( they finally rescheduled me after 2 days of bickering) and still does not mount my tv stating this is the wrong mount model

Easy to install and only slight gap
We have used this for several 85" Samsung tvs and love how easy it is to install. TV is flat on the wall and looks great. Used with One Connect Box in wall hung cabinet below and wire in wall.

Not the best design or instructions
Not the best design. It's creative and looks great when the work is done, but you're going to work for it. The instructions are just pictures - no words, so it's like reading hieroglyphics. Imperial measurements (inches) shown on the instructions are given in decimals, not fractions (so 12.6, not 12-19/32"). If you are fitting this in an tight enclosure, good luck. I installed two into enclosures only about 10" wider and it is almost impossible to get the TV on the wall.
Also take close note that all of the positive reviews for this product are Samsung "Incentivized" reviews, so you can probably tell why they're so excited about it.

The quality, ergonomics, sleekness, and beauty are hands down the best available. My family will never shop outside of the Samsung line again. The TV lineup is outstanding! The mounting was easy and quick, with excellent detailed instructions.

Great samsung tv
I use it for streaming primarily does work great no issues other than do have to reboot it every couple of weeks. So hence the 4 star instead of five. But other than that works great and looks great too.

This product has been so great!

It could use a little more room to reach the back
I have 2 wall mounts one in my living room and one in the bedroom they .I use them to hang my 65 and 75 in. TV's. I like the fact that you can't see the open space you normally would see on most mounts.

Support convinced me to buy—wasn’t the right mount
Not even close to working with our 32in frame tv. Important screw was wrong size then we realized even if we had the screw the Mount on the wall would show behind the tv. None of the instructions included info for my model number

Utter Incompetence
Samsung and the company they contract with are incompetent. I have been told by RXO that this mount is not compatible with the S95C, Samsung insists that it is. No one knows what they're doing

MASSIVE flaw in size
The standard spacing for studs is 16 inches. The brackets are only 12. This means that there is a chance that where you want to hang your TV, there might not be a stud to attach it too, which is a giant oversight. I can no longer mount my TV in the center of my wall due to this.
Some poor soul is going to attach this to a single stud, and watch his TV crash to the floor to this design flaw. I hope no one gets hurt

Great wall mount

This is not a good choice to mount TV on the wall. I bought this as recommended by Samsung web site. I was lucky to have the professional installer RXO to do the job. Even that, they had hard time to figure out how to do it and spent very long time.

The RXO problem
Samsung needs to rein in their delivery partner, RXO. They seem to be unreliable and unprofessional. Initially, I encountered an issue where the delivery person claimed the mounting service was not included in the order. On their next visit, they arrived at the door with yet another excuse. This time, they claimed the mount was incompatible with the TV and even showed me a picture of the FRAME TV on their phone as "proof" before leaving. After they left, I checked the manual and found that the TV model was indeed listed as compatible.
As for the mount itself, it’s quite difficult to use with a heavy TV. The hook is very narrow and requires several attempts to secure it properly. Samsung’s attempt to make the mount compatible with all their TVs has resulted in a design that is overly complicated to install.

Frustration with wall mount
I am extremely frustrated with the situation involving my newly purchased 85" QLED 4K TV and the Slim Fit Wall Mount 2022, which was recommended by Samsung sales. Despite Samsung’s insistence that it is the correct mount, RXO service has stated otherwise, claiming it is not suitable for this TV. RXO service recommended to schedule the installation with another heavy duty mount. But, Support site and agent do not help me. I hope for a prompt resolution.

Great mount take your time and it will look great
I see many negative reviews for this mount. I have 3 installed. I will admit I planned ahead with 2 of them and installed blocking in the walls for them which made my installation super easy. For the 3rd one I actually built the wall at an angle to mount it again with blocking replanned (see attached picture). It is a great mount if you know what your doing. I will add I used to install tv for a high end home theater company and now I am an architect so I am sure I am far from the average customer. Take your time with it and if needed it is not that hard to cut open a wall from center of 1 stud to the center of the next stud and screw in 2x4 or 2x6 where the bracket will be attached. Then using drywall screws reattached the piece you cut out, a little spackle and paint and no on will know the difference.
