Need tutorial.
It freezes often . Keys very sensitive. I wish it came with an instruction book or easy to use booklet.

Keeps dropping calls, calls over a minute will be dropped randomly. Turning phone in and canceling service for a dependable phone. 17 tries to pay a bill, 6 calls to customer support, 7 calls to Verizon and still not resolved. Over it.

great features except 1
love the phone! love all the features except 1. I hate how the notification drop down has a gray background, it's very hard to see especially at night. The previous version with the white background made the writing much easier to see.

Not happy!!
For now I'm giving a low approval because I can find no way to copy and paste photographs. Also, the dictation is very tedious to do because you have to go back and forth between two apps. Had I known this I would have never purchased a Samsung phone. I have other Samsung products and I'm very happy with them b
