Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Regrets I got this tablet as a replacement for my Samsung chromebook that has reached it's EOL. And I have no regrets so far. It's powerful, coming with a video editing software pre-installed (it's 20 bucks for a lifetime liscense, which is much better than most competitors), and it's not struggling with that. I'm even able to have a side by side window open with it and the tablet doesn't slow down. The only issue I've run into is some apps and websites don't recognize that I'm using a Chromium based browser, but I think that's just a limitation of tablets, not this specific tablet itself. It's been able to do everything else I ask of it. It also connects really well to bluetooth things, connecting to the keyboard and mouse perfectly fine, and it connects to my Buds3 smoothly as well. I haven't really tried the Galaxy AI on this specific tablet, but the tablets use the same operating system as galaxy phones, and it's been working really well on my phone. Since I'm not doing a whole, crazy, lot with the tablet, I just haven't had a need for the Galaxy AI yet. Only thing I've really used is Bixby to look up recipes in the kitchen but that's about it. Nothing too difficult for Bixby to handle. Screen size is good for what I use it for. Not too big where it's hard to lug around the house, not too small where having side-by-side windows open is an issue. Would definitely recommend for people who want a little more power in their tablet.

The tab has GALAXY AI that allowed you to search online, edit photos, and translate languages. Very good tab. I also looked at lenovo tab but decided on this samsung tab due to good online reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very capable tablet The Galaxy Tab S9+ is probably one of the best purchases I've ever made. I use it almost every single day, whether it's to watch videos while working, study for classes in DEX mode, or work on some doodles, this tablet has proven to be one of the most useful things I own. I use it with the book cover case and keyboard, and it has enabled me to use this as a replacement for my old laptop. Using a USB hub with it also turns it into an insanely capable device, with a very complete desktop experience. Galaxy AI is a very helpful tool that allows me to get help with class notes, but also very nice to identify objects in front of me in real life with circle to search. I think the Tab S series is very underrated, and anyone who hasn't tried one before really should give it a try, because it has been worth every dollar for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mega phone I use my tablet for gaming, email and social apps. Occasional streaming when the family tvs are occupied and in all cases I was not disappointed. The picture was clear and good quality in all instances. I found many of the apps offered on my phone were also on the tablet thereby replicating a mega phone. The on/off and volume buttons on the tablet are opposite of the S22 ultra so I find I am always "turning off" the tablet instead of adjusting the volume. Multitasking windows are a breeze with the large display. Sound is great both with and without earbuds. I wish the s pen came in a contrasting color other than black. Overall two thumbs up!

The screen is sharp and vivid, the S Pen works wonderfully for my art programs, and has been sharp for all my video streaming. The star however has been the battery. I get the better part of a day with normal use. Light use can last for 3 to 5 days. As a whole I am very happy with the tablet. It has handled everything I have trown at it, and I'm still finding new uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Tablet on the Market! Since picking up my Galaxy Tab S9+, I've used it as a productivity powerhouse. If you're comfortable replacing some native apps with their web counterparts, you can get desktop functionality in a light package. When I don't have internet for web apps, Dex makes tablet apps behave in a more desktop-esque way. Running Linux through Termux even allows me to do some web development on my tablet without any cloud solutions. Great tablet and far more capable than any others on the market!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice upgrade from my Tab S7+ I mainly use my tablet for Teams meetings as I work from home, however it's also great for media consumption and taking notes. I upgraded from Tab S7+ because my wife dropped hers and cracked her screen. The trade-in deals were so good it was better to upgrade both of ours, rather than trying to get hers fixed. Now we have a few more updates to look forward to, and the new tablets are much faster and efficient. Thanks Samsung!

It has lots of great features and storage. Storage was very important to me when comparing models of tablets to purchase. The ease of use and options were also important. I have purchased the keyboard with trackpad and I love it. It's very easy to switch between tablet mode and computer mode.

I am a teacher so I use canva a lot to create posters and worksheets for my class and I honestly prefer how it runs on the tablet over my laptop. I use the pen to write to text as well as a Bluetooth keyboard for typing longer reports and both function seamlessly.

The first thing I loved was his easy everything transferred over, just the click of a button and everything from my old tablet appeared on my new tablet! Easiest transfer ever! I use this tablet for both work and personal time! I love the large screen, I can easily have two screens open and see everything clearly without squinting! The speed and storage and exceptional! While it was a bit more expensive than I would have liked, Samsung always offers an amazing trade in deal! If you need a large work surface, this is a must! I highly recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite device After using a Galaxy tab S6 for a few years I felt it was time to upgrade and wanted a larger screen as some of the content I view was too small to comfortably read. The Galaxy Tab S9+ was a great choice. The larger screen is big enough that it's easier to view small fonts, yet not so large that you feel like you're lugging around a laptop. Battery life is great and allows me to spend all day on my tablet before it needs charging and pared with a 45 watt charger the super fast charging allows it to completely charge in an hour or two. It's also extremely fast. Downloading and installing app updates is significantly faster than any other device I own and apps are quick and responsive. The available keyboard cover is comfortable and great for content creation. For most it can completely replace a laptop, which I rarely use anymore. While I don't use the S-pen much, it also is very accurate and responsive and works well for drawing or handwriting.

My work flow which involves video calls, emails, video and photo editing all in a slim light weight tablet. At home and on the go I can relax and catch a movie in bed or in the back of my truck looking out into the pacific. I have the wifi version but if I would change I would probably get the carrier version just so I wouldn't have to hook up to my s23 ultra . Although it's fairly easy because as soon and my screen comes on it's asking to connect to my Hotspot automatically.

With 512GB of storage I can able to download lot of applications and games. And storage is expandable too. Some of the tablets that I used before were very heavy. This one is very light weight and slim that I can easily carry everywhere. Display is awesome. Bright and colors are vivid. The sound is great Amazing device

After realizing they were no longer technologically innovative, I decided to try the Galaxy Phone and loved it. I also recently decided to try the Galaxy tab and it is perfect. The ease and simplicity of my Galaxy tab S9+ works seamlessly with all my samsung devices, to include the Samsung TV we already owned. I also got the Samsung Watch and Buds too. I've dabbled with Dex and Smart View and love everything about it as well. I haven't tried the link to windows because i don't own a windows based PC but I am seriously considering it.

It's lightning fast, and I've yet to find a program that doesn't run smooth as silk on this device. It's size might be a drawback for those who want small lightweight tablets, but with the performance you get out of this device those are minor considerations at best. Screen is sharp and bright. I actually had to reduce the brightness setting by a hefty amount to be comfortable for my eyes, and the built in speakers are sufficient that you really don't need to pair them to an external sound system to enjoy listening to music. If it continues to operate this well over time I will be a Samsung Galaxy tablet customer for life. I might even think of investing in other Galaxy devices. You've got a great product here Samsung, don't mess it up by "fixing" it until it's broke

Samsung notes really helps me stay organize with my class notes and the S pen makes it easy to make beautiful and clear notes. If feels smooth when you write using S pen, you don't need so much force. Samsung calendar helps me stay organize with my busy schedule and now you can have written notes directly on the calendar, so convenient and also gives you free range to be creative. There are so many great widgets that students can use like a To Do list on your home screen. I will definitely enjoy using my galaxy tab s9+.

In essence, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus stands as a testament to what a premium Android tablet can be a powerful, portable, and practically perfect in every way tablet. My S9+ is the center of my home as the Hub. My lights TVs temperature security cameras speakers and even my door locks are all operating from my Tab S9+. It's funny cause I was under the impression I'd have to have a large heavy laptop or desktop with power issues to achieve this. Nope! My Tab S9+ is AMAZING! My grandchildren are in love with it as am I. Samsung really did they GOOD PRODUCTION with this.

That has been solved with the 12 this one comes with. On screen fingerprint, amazing screen and cameras, great battery life. And with the S9+ keyboard cover it's more akin to a Ultrabook laptop then a tablet and that's not even mentioning the spen. This is by far Samsungs best offering. And is in every shape and form better and more affordable then an iPad pro. Not to mention the ai features I havent even gotten to use all the way. And to top it off I got half off trading in my old tablet. Cannot beat the deals

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performance I've always been a computer laptop kinda guy, and I was a bit hesitant for a long time with tablets because of their lack of performances when it comes to gaming and especially high memory-cpu video & digital illustration editing softwares. And I really needed the compact portability of tablets but the performance of a computer or laptop. But I finally gave the Samsung S9+ a go, and boy-oh-boy I was blown away on how well it handled some of the editing apps I used. Playing high graphic mobile games was amazing! And having multiple apps in the background, showed no signs of lag or crashes of any sort. Bravo Samsung! I'm now a new true believer of your product.

I find very nice that I can hear audio from multiple sources and that I can choose which apps output audio through Bluetooth and which ones output audio through the tablet itself. It'd be very cool to have multiple Bluetooth devices connected and choose which apps output to which devices.

First and foremost, the memory we needed a better processor compared to the older model we had. The tablet also had better lighting features to take away some of the blue light from the screen which causes brightness. Finally the battery life is amazing.

The notes app is amazing and easy for note taking and once synced I can view the notes on my phone. It's also pretty cool when you have other samsung devices, as they can connect together. Great sound quality for watching movies, shows and foor playing music while cooking. Over all very satisfied with this device

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tablet for everyday use This is a robust and all around good tablet with a variety of apps. As a student and research assistant I make use of it in many ways, from the Microsoft suite used in just about all ways to fusion 360 project view where I can view creations by the lab. I do wish there was an editing version of fusion, but that is not on samsung. I'm sure the device can support at least limited editing. I also have a tablet for my 4 yo daughter, who uses it mostly for writing and drawing when traditional writing and drawing is not feasible, like during travel. Using the S pen is easy, and works amazingly well. Notes is a great app that comes with the device and can be used for a plethora of tasks. It's easy enough for her to navigate on her own when she gets bored. Parental controls work well also, although you have to do some linking process, which, IMO, should not be required and is a bit of a nuisance. It's quite sturdy as well. I've dropped it from high a few times and only have a small chip at one corner. I have a tempered glass screen protector as well as a keyboard case offersing limited protection, but am still surprised the damage wasn't worse when I saw it fall and heard the gruesome sound as it hit the pavement... Anyway, overall its a great device and think it deserves a bit over 4/5, but there aren't options for it. It needs some improvements in settings organization though. It's sometimes difficult to find the setting you want and others don't exist, but should.

It doesn't have a app comparable to the iPad notability, but it's pen is better than ipads and works great for gaming or watching videos/movies. I also love using it as a second display and love it's multitasking ability. Far better in most areas than the ipad. Galaxy AI is game changing, circle to search is so convenient and slowing down a video using Galaxy AI is awesome and amazes me every time I do it.

I have a hard time seeing in some light and I can adjust for that. Tha games I play have a great graphics. The only thing I don't like is the battery drains pretty quickly. But I also use it like 9 or12 hour a day.

I haven't experienced any drawbacks in quality, performance, or battery life. The included S-Pen is a very handy feature I use when drawing up projects wether woodworking, garage layout planning, or basic idea sketches. The basic included software works "ok" for these uses, but I am currently looking for a better app. Since the OS updated, I haven't used the new Galaxy AI yet, but the reviews I have read so far seem promising. I plan to try it out as soon as I have time. Overall, I am Very happy with my purchase and plan to ise it for many years to come.

It has its own internet line so no connecting it to my phone hotspot- I'm able to use it as a second screen paired with my laptop when I'm traveling for work. When my phone died I was able to make it to the next job site using the GPS/Google Maps. I can stream all of my favorite shows and also modify an excel spreadsheet. Such a good investment!

I typically charge up twice a week and im spending almost all of my free time using this tabet.bi am able to stream video, play games and keep up with email/Text from one space. I also love the capability to transfer information from the phone to a tablet with a click of a button. This tool keeps me connected and gives me the ability to get my work done and then some. I'm looking forward to finding new cool features to maximize my experience.

It's been a blessing to stream movies and keep up with other internet objectives. I usually tether it to my S23+ and the speed has been nothing but incredible. It's faster than any laptop I've ever owned without extra space. The battery life is fantastic. The screen is perfect. I really have no complaints with my S9+ and highly suggest purchasing one.

I specifically like the shape of it because it mimics a standard sheet of paper so it really makes it feel like im taking notes on real paper. In combination with the slim keyboard case, its almost like a second laptop too.

Other brands and competitors are too stingy to add multiple users because they’re too focused on sales but Samsung got it right! I’m the main user but I have private information that I don’t always want accessed by other people so multiple users is excellent!! Also the S pen being included in the price is a huge plus!! Then it's on to checking the weather and daily news events. I love this tablet. I download ebooks, listen to music, watch videos and movies on this device. I also stream college and professional basketball and football on it. I do my online shopping for groceries, medicines, and everything else on this tablet! The picture and size is great for that. At first it seemed too heavy to hold. I think I was just apprehensive about dropping it. Now that I have gotten use to it I don't notice the weight anymore. If you need a tablet I would strongly recommend getting this one.

Soon after my purchase however, I left my laptop at home when going to work. Rather than returning home for it, I decided to try to use my tablet to get me through the day. Much to my delight, I realized very quickly that my Galaxy S9 Plus was much more convenient to use than my laptop. I really enjoyed the Android features that integrated with Microsoft Office. It has become my go-to device at the office! I rarely open my PC at this point! Kudos to Samsung for this awesome product.

I enjoy playing word games, watching sports and streaming movies. It was so very easy to setup and transfer all my data from my last tablet using Samsung Switch.I have owned samsung galaxy tablets for years now and have enjoyed them all!! The display is phenomenal . Very user-friendly. Also I love to save my favorite recipes on it to take into the kitchen while I am cooking up a new dish for my hubby and myself.

Awesome thing about it the Spen included already not like the apple ipad line you gotta buy the products separately. So the s9 tablet line is awesome because you still add an extra micro sd card for memory another advantage of Samsung over Apple. Hopefully Samsung still does for more years for having expanding memory on the tablet lines with micro sd. This tablet has great sound quality and nice pictures quality. I use my tablet for watching movies and transferring music and pictures from my galaxy note 20 ultra to the tablet. Really like the Samsung ecosystem. The tablet is super fast too and camera quality is nice to take pictures too.

I am pretty much a Samsung household, with dozens of Samsung devices. I use it as Dex, gaming work, streaming and no matter what I do, it is a workhorse. This is as close to a laptop you can get. With abundance of apps, I don't feel like I need to open my laptop at all. The hardware is top notch, screen is amazing, I multitask on it everyday. This has replaced my laptop for 90% of my work.

It's a great, water resistant tablet. Sometimes I hang it from the shower rod curtain hooks and watch YouTube. I find this tablet more enjoyable to use compared to my S8 Ultra tablet. The S9+ size is great, the colors are deep and bright, and the speakers rock. I'm very happy with the purchase and can see this tablet holding up functionally and aesthetically over the next 5 years. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tablet with great movie and music playback. Games look and run great too on the 120hz screen.

It is such a power workhorse and never slows down when I have multiple apps open. I love the ability to do side by side apps so I can watch a YouTube video one side as I'm taking notes with my amazing S pen with Goodnotes a good note taking app included on your tablet. I converted from my Apple iPad Pro that I had for 6 years and traded it in for a good trade in at Samsung and have not regretted the choice and wish I had done it sooner. Fabulous tablet! Love the size, portability, and the geometry of the screen as it's perfect for note taking. Get the Samsung cover too as it's perfect to hold your spen in the back and the from cover snaps off and on to use with the other covers they have. I love the ecosystem of their accessories for this S9tablet series. Kudos Samsung! Love it! Love it! Love it!

The basic s9 was nice and compact but i wanted bigger, the s9 ultra was pretty but i wanted more of a tablet like feel rather than a slim laptop. Thats when I got the s9 plus a beautiful in between. The screen still blows me away and the keyboard case pairs beautiful with it. In my down time i like to draw and the included spen gets it done and more. My only argument is the i didnt get the cream version.

Can be seen easily in bright light and I always use on maximum brightness, and I still get a full day of use ending at 15% or 20% battery level. When I have used without external Bluetooth headphones or speaker, it sounds good with the built in speakers. I'm very pleased with speed and overall performance of my S9+!

It's fast and smooth, the display is gorgeous, and it does everything I need it to. The S pen feels fantastic. I was sculpting in Nomad the other day and I feel like I had more precise control than I do with the drawing tablet on my PC. DeX is great for productivity, and I can do just about everything I did on my my old tablet with my S9+. Battery life is great so far. Overall I'm extremely happy. This tablet has even made me decide back to switch a Samsung phone on my next upgrade after using other brands the last few years.

She's the perfect human tool to try to understand how easy a device is or is not to use, and how accessible it feels. Also, there's great power in this Galaxy Tab S9+, but without the intimidation one might find with some other brands who's menus & options are not so well put together. I showed her how just about every different menu, application or settings option has a search option so that wasting time looking for things will dissolve at your fingertips. Difficulty is a thing of the past with all of Samsungs new devices, as I have a few to speak on personally with confidence. I've never been so satisfied in my e tire life with ANY release of mobile tech. Furthermore, I do also use them quite frequently for so e pretty heavy gaming, and it's no surprise that I'm at the #1 spot on the leaderboard of my favorite. And that is all thanks to the power & capability of the device I choose to play on. Thank you Samsung, always & forever a loyal customer, and I can say that with all the confidence in the world!

The size of screen works well for me as I can take it anywhere by putting it in my handbag. It easily pairs to other products like ear buds, phones, and tv. Only 1 negative, Samsung why did you take away the side button finger print option? I always use a stylus as to not smudge screen (OCD). Nothing better than a Samsung!

On my second tablet I made the mistake of not getting enough memory. That tablet still work very well but was limited on downloads. My S9+ has the maximum memory and storage available. I now have the luxury of downloading without the worry of having enough room. When looking for my newest tablet, I never even considered buying anything other than Samsung. It is loaded with features that I may never use but that gives me peace of mind knowing it can do whatever I want it to do now and in the future.

The screen is beautiful and makes reading super comfortable. I also love how easy multitasking is. It's easily the replacement for my everyday laptop.

I have had a couple of Samsung cell phones, which I have had a good experience with them, I think both the photos and the videos are of very good quality, more than a year ago I bought some earplugs, and I bought them because my wife had one, So far they are the best I have had, sound, quality, daily use, I had had others, and they all hurt me after a couple of hours, it was uncomfortable for my ears, the Samsung earplugs adapt exactly to the ear without hurting you .

The functions improve my video play back. Send updates to my players has gotten a lot better. Side note I should have pick up the cellular version.

What I was not expecting was how good this tablet is at entertainment. The display is absolutely wonderful for watching movies and videos yet still ie great for gaming. This is hands down the best overall tablet I have ever purchased. Thank you Samsung.

This is crazy and makes no sense for what seems to be a brick. I am still using my older A series 7 or 8 because of this issue. We have come too far in society to not have this option. I do not want to have t go to a cell phone company to pay for service.

The display is also brighter or darker and the audio is worth the upgrade. I am very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend it. Go to your electronics store to test it out. I was going to get the ultra but I felt like it was too much screen for me.

I've only had the S9+ for about 2 weeks, but it has exceeded everyone of my expectations. The cameras, even though there were minor specs increased, the images a lot better, especially the ultra wide one. The waterproofing helps me know that even with kids, it will survive the spills and accidents that happen. I don't plan on swimming with the tablet but I feel safer knowing it is waterproof at some extent. The slim keyboard cover has been useful and I thought I would miss the trackpad but it hasn't been that bad since the screen is a touch screen. The battery life is amazing, a lot better than my S7+ and It looks like it is going to last many years before I plan on upgrading to a newer version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun, Vivid Tablet The S9+ tablet replaces my S7 FE, which I loved but wanted to upgrade. The S9+ is faster and everything on the S9+ screen is bright, colorful and vivid! I use the tablet at home for emails, looking up information, playing card games and mind strengthening games. I also transfer pictures from my Samsung S23 phone to the tablet. I take the tablet in to the nursing home where mom is and we go thru pictures; it is so much easier for her to see them on the tablet. I also got the keyboard/ book cover and that definitely helps with typing; it is so much easier than the keyboard within the tablet. Overall, I am very pleased with the S9+ and am looking forward to expanding my use of it.

Being able to use it as a writing device that is lightweight and compact is so crucial to having a good experience. It eliminates bulk as well by being able to be used as a computer if paired with a keyboard cover. With the slim keyboard case, I find myself being able to multitasking with the S-Pen as a cursor as the keyboard as a way to be fast and effective in speech. The battery life is amazing, lasts all day and even more while being able to run tons of apps smoothly with the 120hz refresh rate. Overall love this tablet and I say it's a very good purchase to make.

Use Dex with a desktop to surf internet, pay bills, do spreadsheets, and some video editing. Use Samsung slim keyboard cover to take on go for laptop replacement, presentations and other efforts. Finally on travel and on the couch a consumption and content device. No lag, faster then my desktop and laptop I had. S9+, perfect size, not too big and not too small. Had S8 previously and was too small for laptop replacement. Thank you Samsung, one device has replace three devices.

The display is beautiful and I use it often for streaming apps and YouTube TV. Got extra storage as part of a pre-order and it will be needed as I add a ton of apps. Would be great if more apps in Play Store had tablet optimized versions, but I can cope. This is a highly capable tablet that can easily be used as a laptop replacement. It performs very well even with a dozen apps running at once. Highly recommend.

With all the discounts the 9+ came to $862. I'm 53 and the S9+ is exactly the right size. I originally purchased the S9 but it seemed small for the price. Specs are same but for me, there is nothing it can't handle. And it feels so good to have a great android and get rid of the rotten fruit.

Where to start, the Tab S9+ is an amazing device. the things i love are MULTITASKING, Media consumption, dragging and dropping files into an email, whether its multiply pictures. PDF files, etc. I my absolutely favorite thing is Qick Share from my S23U, it is fast and easy. I traded in my Ipad Pro for this tablet and have no regrets at all. If you are sitting on the fence, just do it already !

Its has a lot more memeory and the response on some of the apps and games is much better, especially when I have multiple apps open. 8+ is still a good tablet, this is just nicer and the pen tablet experience just feels bettter for some reason.

I have no laptop, but the tablet with Dex mode (which by the way probably is one of Samsung's most underrated tools), is working just as good for my needs. I use the tab to browse, create music and use cloud solutions, both at home in docking station, as well as on the go. Battery life is good, and screen is amazing. Only wish I had was that Samsung would release a keyboard cover that is more sturdy. The slim book cover with keyboard that I received with the tablet is a little flimsy, but overall does its job good. I am very happy with my purchase, and would buy again.

The colors are vivid and natural and the screen offers a generous work space. The new processor is responsive and quick. Honestly work that I had done previously on my laptop are done now on my Tab S9+. Good job Samsung!

S9 Ultra is even better with 12gb of ram and a faster processor, much better visibility outside, and it is even waterproof. I love that I don't have to worry my kids will spill water on it when I let them use it. It's the best tablet I ever had, the screen is even more impressive, Ipad Pro screen looks dull next to it.

It was purchased in recent Tab S9+ pre-sale Samsung offer which included memory upgrade and keyboard slim cover .... this bundle, along with the tablet itself, was a great value. Integrated smoothly 'out-of-the-box' with my Windows PC, Galaxy S22+ phone, earbuds, and Galaxy watch as well as our Samsung TV ---- overall a great ”ecosystem”.

I was trying to figure out what is better for my lifestyle. Finally landed on a tablet being the right move. I purchased the Galaxy Tab S9+ because of the awesome specs, it's dustproof/waterproof waiting and the size. I wanted something better than an entry level tablet (galaxy tab s9) but I didn't need something as big as the tab s9 ultra. I also travel immensely so it's weight has been perfect to toss into my backpack on the gom Since I've received my tablet, there hasn't been a single moment where I second guess my decision. The ecosystem between Samsung devices is great. My galaxy watch, buds, and phone work seamlessly with the tablet. It's light, and the screen is beautiful. I have acted as officiant to two friends weddings and it was the perfect partner to use to read them their ceremony speech. The battery has been phenomenal. The battery has lasted multiple days with light usage and a full day on heavy usage. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it and I have recommended it to several people already. I couldn't recommend this more to everyone reading this. If you're looking for a solid tablet companion to replace an old laptop or just need a bigger screen than your phone. This definitely has to be top of the list as choices to consider.

Travel now simplified and light weight. Software mostly there, sometimes not as easy but gets it done. Every once in awhile websites have a problem with android but overall love it. With trade in got a great deal and the tablet has never had any lag issues. My search for one device to serve all is finished. A happy camper in Texas

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite tablet, comming from an iPad I've always switched from Apple to Samsung, but in my opinion, the Samsung Tab S9+ is better than the iPad Pro. I am a medical student and I use my tablet for writting and watching videos. When it comes to writting I do give the Apple pen the slight edge over the s pen, but yet again, the s pen is included with the Tab S9+. For videos, AMOLED is superior to Micro LED and the aspect ratio is perfect for videos. One top of that, Dex is a game changer for me. I got the S9+ Keyboard and I am able to do computer stuff through dex. Really recommend this tablet, especially if you are in a similar situation as me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing tablet Absolutely the best tablet I've ever used. Coming back to the android ecosystem from Apple is like getting out of jail! But, prior to the Galaxy tab S series, the iPad ruled supremed because it worked when you turn it on, with little lag time. The size, the fluent pen (included not $100), the 120 Hz, the ability to adjust more than volume and brightness, the color and contrast... Ect I could go on for a long time listing the amazing attributes, but my 2 favorites are the size (12.4") and, literally, true multi-tasking. There are 3 sizes 11", 12.4",& 14.6". I initially I bought the 11", but that seemed to be much like any other tablet. When I got the tab s9+ the 12.4" it just felt so perfect. S9+Ultra's 14.6" seemed a tad to big to be portable. There is enough computing power to multi-task with absolutely no lag time. If connected to a monitor or tv dex mode acts very much like a computer. I bought one for my granddaughter for her to use as a sketch/drawing pad. She has a screen protector that makes it feel like paper.

When paired with the Samsung cover and keyboard, I was pleased to see that I am able to perform a fair amount of work on this tablet as well. I now use it to take notes at work meetings and to answer any quick emails that may come way when I'm out and about. I am pleased with the multitasking capabilities that this tablet gives me. It really is a great workhorse. I upgraded unexpectedly from an S8+ because my kiddo needed a new tablet. I see a slight improvement in performance, but would still be happy with my S8+. I do love the white color and pen. I love the update that the pen can be placed in either direction now, and on the edges of the tablet for a quick safe place to hold.

I’m really impressed. I was looking for a tablet that was large enough to surf the internet, read books and play without too much eye strain. I travel a great deal and I need a tablet that’s easy to carry with me. The Tab S9+ is the perfect size for me. It is big enough to be comfortable to use, but it is also light enough to carry around. It was a great help for planning our trip, navigating our way around, and entertaining ourselves along the way. The tablet's large display and S Pen stylus were perfect for taking notes, researching places to visit, and booking hotel rooms. The GPS was also accurate and reliable, making it easy to find our way around. The tablet also has expandable storage up to 1TB with a microSD card, which is great for storing all of your photos, videos, and apps. Been using this Tab for over a week now viewing countless 4k Videos MKV. format MOV. and a slew of other formats and this thing is actually keeping up impressively. The longest i used it in one sit was around 5-6 hours and the device didnt get hot(got warm) which is awesome, it didnt slow down also or get stuffed with bunch of temporary files after going through like 2 TB's of Data. Really powerful little device, the size is perfect, i like much more than the ultra specially while traveling, its a home run in my opinion, a good upgrade from the s8 ultra, which wasnt all that bad but its no where near the performance of this gen. Tabs. If your thinking about it just go for it you wont be disappointed.

I wanted the features of the Samsung tablet with a big enough screen to be able to write comfortably. The S9+ provides the right amount of screen space with the right amount of portability. I am a school teacher and will be using the tablet to project to the screen at the front of the room. I will be able to write in real time and teach students more efficiently using a note taking app. This will also allow me to save any notes or presentations and share them with my students. As a teacher, it makes walking around the room to assist students easier and allows me to work with more students individually while presenting to the class.

I purchased my first Galaxy Tablet last year, an S8 model with the minimum memory, because I wasn't sure how I was going to like it. But I ended up loving it. But I did wish it had a little more memory and a larger screen. So, I traded it this year for a Galaxy S9+. I think the S9+ is a perfect size. Slightly larger than the S9, but more portable and hand holdable than the giant S9 Ultra. Performance is great, the display is bright and colorful, battery life is good, build quality is excellent. If you are in the market for an Android tablet, I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra.

The magnets are much stronger to use with Origami case comparing to S7+. Display are colorful and sharp. Much faster and smoother UI even tho there are still some lags when swiping up to go to Recent Apps menu. I hope a new update will improve that lag. Speakers don't sound as clear as the Tab S7+ probably due to the Water Resistance design. Overall I really enjoy the upgrade!

That's after using it as my laptop in Dex mode with the keyboard folio. As a business owner, it allows me to show my clients I voices, pictures, etc on a super clear bright screen. It let's me collect signatures right on the spot. After all the work is done. Then its entertainment time. Fire up whatever streaming service you like, and crank up the volume. The screen does not disappoint, and the sound is second to none. Perfect is hard to obtain. I think Samsung has found the secret.

The picture quality is great, it looks amazing on that 12 in display. Sound is very nice, I can listen the audio perfectly without lagging when I'm watching a movie. Dex mode I'm still learning it, so I can't say anything about that. The only thing that I did not like was the price, but it is, what it is.

Second, it comes in a window like, 3 parts, and not just one flat piece. Therefore I have a couple of bubbles on the screen that I'm not pleased about. I love my tablet, I love the way it operates. If only the screen protector were a better quality.

Since I travel a lot, I find that I don't need to bring my heavier laptop around for work when I could just bring this tablet. The battery life has been great during intensive gaming and processing videos. When surfing the web or writing documents, I can go all day with 20% left from the 85% battery limit I set. The 512 GB of storage along with an SD card makes sure that I would never need to buy additional storage. It has the latest processor which allows this device to be able to keep up for the next 10 years. With OS support it is secure for the next 4 years. If I had a critique it would be the lack of an audio jack, but that is my opinion since I hate to charge and bring additional headphones. Otherwise this is an amazing device for any android lover.

Android has lots of apps to choose from for every user. The color display and screen size are perfect for streaming movies and videos, and news broadcasts. The 12.4-inch display (with 2800 x 1752 resolution) is bigger than my first PC monitor. I use my S9 Plus with Bluetooth headphones for perfect Sirius XM radio broadcasts. I’ve never had a Bluetooth failure and can go any where in the house and basement and never experience a lost signal. I ordered the 512GB option and I know I’ll never have a memory issue – plus the capability to add a 1 TB microSD card is amazing. The pen that’s included with the tablet is very responsive and easy to use. Some people complain about the lack of a headphone jack – all I can say is for the size of the unit Bluetooth headphones are the best way to go. Battery life is also exceptional for a unit this size. When I ordered from Samsung I got the holiday discount and an educational discount too! The other tablet manufactures do not have an educational discount nor holiday discounts that I know of. I highly recommend this tablet to everyone who wants the very best in tablets. After reading the specs and all the reviews I knew the Galaxy S9 Plus tablet would be perfect for me! I am sure I will get many years of service from my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus tablet. Simply the Best of the Best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung s9+, the perfect productivity device Samsung's tablets can be used for anything from watching YouTube and movies on one of the most beautiful screens on the market, to taking notes and becoming a sudo-laptop with its DEX feature. My experience with the s9+ puts it above its Andriod Tablet peers, namely becuase of its software through Dex and One UI, but also through its design and software support. My only grip is that I wish the software support of the s24 series extended to some of Samsung other recent releases as Google's software support offer does. The reason Samsung's tablet lineup is ahead for me over Apple is becuase of the included stylus and ability to buy used for cheaper prices. Finally, the s9+ is a better option that'll the ultra or the normal s9 becuase it has the perfect screen size. You can hold it in your hand, attract the keyboard and use Dex to make it like a laptop. It's not to big where it is no longer a viable inbed media consumption option, and not to small where it can be used for productivity. Personally I use my tablet for notes in school, where the s-pen and included apps work great, I use it for type on Google docs and school work where the folio keyboard is more than enough, and then when I get home I watch movies and games on it. It's great for all of these purposes.

It has been a good replacement to my laptop and it has traveled the world with me. It is light, durable and the screen is so nice. I opted for S9+ because I wanted something bigger than the base model but I am not a power user to justify the Galaxy S9 Ultra. The memory on this tablet has allowed me to download multiple shows, movies and audiobooks for all the flights I have been on for the last 7 months. The ability to expand the memory came in clutch for some of the longer flights. The screen is perfect for the brightness and size to watch anything on there and even when surfing the web (trying to book new flights) the split screen doesn't feel too small. It also has never felt sluggish when trying to run multiple things at once. Overall, this has become my second companion on all the trips and I just purchased a keyboard case that has made this tablet more enjoyable.

I game a little bit on Call Of Duty Mobile. I am able to reconnect with my online friends and let some steam out after a long day at work. We talk about our day and support each through friendly banter. After a short session of gaming I begin settling for the night. This includes a few episodes of my current show or a movie. The tablet has helped me to keep my sleeping habits and overall helps to protect my mental health to some degree. Rated 5 out of 5 by from An amazing tablet for everything I use daily. I've been a Galaxy Tab user since the Tab S4, so when I needed to upgrade there was no other choice for me than the S9+. As someone who is disabled, it's been my go to choice for everything. Media looks (and sounds!) amazing on the S9+'s larger screen. I use it as my main device for reading comics, manga and novels. Every mobile game I've tried on the S9+ has been smooth with no performance issues even when setting graphics to maximum and enabling the 60fps option. The SPen being included is still one of the best defining features of the Tab S line, but it's also been one of the few negatives I've had with the S9+ thus far. It seems to randomly lose connection close to the edges of the screen. Reading online that seems to be caused by the magnets in the particular case I'm using. Not a huge negative, but definitely a disappointing oversight on the part of Samsung's otherwise excellent engineering team. All in all, will continue to stick with Samsung for my Tablet needs in the future.

Great device for media consumption and gaming. Screen is awesone and speakers are great too. Getting the keyboard cover converts this from a simple tablet to a decent productivity device, I don't own a laptop, tablets like this are my only portble devices. The stylus is great, evven if I do'y use it quite as often as I should.

Never before have I found myself missing an electronic device when it wasn't at hand until now! I also have the Galaxy S23 ultra cell phone, and am seriously considering the Galaxy book 3 ultra to round out my set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best all around tablet. I have a samsung galaxy tab S7+, my wife has the S8.+, and my son has the 9+. These have been the best tablets we have ever had. My son and I play games, watch movies, and read. My wife reads and watches movies. I borrow my son's and do a little work, I am holding off to get the 10 when it comes out. We have had no issues with any of these tablets. My S7+ is still going strong. The screen on these are the best on the market. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a premium tablet.

I use it primarily for pulling up music charts, but every app and game I've tried on has worked flawlessly. I was hesitant about upgrading from the S tab 7 plus, but I'm so glad I did. The screen Is absolutely beautiful and so vibrant. It's very easy to see outside as well.

As soon as it is released, I bought it for my son and tranferred existed all data to new one. My son 100% is satisfied with S9+ upgraded features, performance, etc.

It's been easy to do everything on the go and even when at home at it connects with everything else just fine. I can share between my devices without having to send emails, the pictures come out great when watching movie and the sound surprised me with how loud it can get. I also like that it's not filled with bloatware and was simple to set up right out of the box. Was torn between the S9 ultra and S9. S9+ is the perfect size for me.

The screen on the plus model is perfect for my use, great big screen for work or fun and packs in my backpack or on a plane easily. Battery life is also above average and I am able to go multiple days of light use without a recharge.

I take notes using the Samsung notes app. I customized the wallpaper using the generative Ai feature which is one my favorite things to see. To be able to customize the tablet in a way that fits me makes me happy. I use it to control my home and other smart features. If I didn't have this it would make things a little more difficult. The screen and speakers are perfect, I watch most of my TV and movies on this the amoled screen is so vibrant and the colors pop. I'll continue to use this tablet for many years and won't move to anything else.

I have played 3D games on this tablet that ran just as smoothly as they did on PC. For such small speakers the sound is quite amazing. Haven't used the DEX feature much at all. The DEX feature allows the tablet to run apps more like PC does. I use it mainly for pleasure, streaming and games, but it can do so much more it really is a first rate tablet. The best I have ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Finest Tablet The Samsung Galaxy Tab S line is so outstanding that you can own literally any of them and so long as they're part of the Tab S line, it's still great. That is an amazingly true statement. Sure, you'll get more features, like Dex, from the software on a Tab S9 than you will from a Tab S2 or S3...but if you're holding anything from the Tab S series, you're guaranteed two things....the screen will look incredible and it will be an overall zippy and pleasurable experience with no real slowdown or lag of any kind. Those, to me, are the cornerstones of the Tab S experience: stunning visuals and unrivaled ease-of-use. These are represented so well that literally no Tab S on the planet has found itself being anywhere close to obselete yet. Each iteration refines and nearly perfects this experience and always brings a few new surprises each time. Special shout-out to the Galaxy Tab S2 8inch though because I do firmly believe it to be the thinnest tablet ever created and because of the mere centimeters sized difference that a charging port designed for USB-C and Micro USB matched with the surprising effect all of this can have on your overall device size and I don't see the Tab S2 ever losing this title in the coming days. I know this isn't very helpful review for someone looking for details like refresh rates or hard drive sizes but I just wanted to make it anyways so that anyone who's currently holding ANY Tab S device can take a small moment to appreciate it.

All application/games run smoothly with no visible hiccups. Application and games that support 120 hrz is on another level! Battery smooth! OLED screen is the best out of all the other brand i used. I love that I can use my tablet in so many ways, whether it be as a 2nd screen for my laptop; an additional larger workspace from my phone, or just as a standalone tablet/ computer. I got a keyboard and mouse for it and now I essentially have a portable workstation! Great for all things, from entertainment to work. Highly recommend especially if you have other galaxy devices.

I love that this comes with the pen included, with the Samsung notes app you can take notes while also voice recording your lectures. You can open smaller windows for a calculator or YouTube while you're doing other things. You can have multiple split windows open, but in my opinion, a lot of space is wasted in the margins. I wish that the entire app took up its side of the split screen and that the hotbar dropped like it does when you have a single app open. I haven't used the desktop mode (Samsung dex) at all so I can't really review that, but having the option to turn the tablet into a mini desktop or second screen is pretty cool. Overall, this is a nice and kind of budget friendly option (considering the pen is included) if you want to have a note-taking tablet that's capable of doing much more when you need it to.

I purchased the device directly from the Samsung online store, but Samsung delivers some of this merchandise through other subsidiaries like Best Buy. So, while the order was placed through Samsung, the responsible party to send me the device was Best Buy - there the problem. When the device got delayed, I reached out to Samsung, but the people at Samsung were powerless to do anything other than say they would escalate the concern to Best Buy. I called Samsung five times to get answers but to no avail. Until I reached out to Best Buy with the tracking number, which, by the way, Best Buy used another third-party company to deliver the product. So, at this point, I am dealing with three companies. I had to try several times with Best Buy until an agent was willing to look into the order and let Samsung know that the device had been lost. Once Best Buy acknowledged the situation with the device being lost after a week's delay, then Samsung started my refund. As of now, I have not purchased the device again, but I was really hoping to find a good partner for notes in this device. In any case maybe next time will be.

While the difference between some models is incremental, the S9+ had some great new features, not least of which was the moderate water-proofness, which, for someone who soaks tired bones in a hot tub occasionally, is a great addition! The display is beautiful, the SmartPen is a great tool, the processor is really quick, both with apps and games. I have had absolutely no difficulty connecting with various wi-fi sources; I also frequently use the S9+ to dump photos when out on a shoot, so I can share them quickly or do quick processing. I have just begun to use some of the new AI features that were added recently and they look to be a great addition! (I would also mention that I have also had great experience with Samsung customer service when I accidently left my previous S8 on the hood of a car and managed to crack the screen. Samsung repaired it quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. This is a great buy!!

I purchase because companies have the best attention.But don't always produce the best results. Honestly I wasn't is samsung fan years. I had been buying pixel devices for reasons that samsung could not justify it (bloat ware, etc). I bought my first samsung device last year (S23+). The build quality.An overall performance of the model gave me hope in future purchases. The tablet s nine plus has been remarkable thus far. Speed, capacity, ram, screen, and battery capacity have won me over. There's always room for improvement. And I believe there are better things ahead with AI, being a principal contributor to the online experience. I presently do not use any AI models because they are not foolproof yet, but I look forward to the next evolution of chat GPTn, Gemini, and other interactions.

I was told by every person at work to forget about the other brands and get Samsung. My wife was using the tablet all the time but basically wore it out in a couple years. So I bought her the Samsung Galaxy S9+. It took a few days for it to arrive and she did a lot of research on it. Well that was about 3 years now and it still runs like brand new the screen is beautiful, the pen is excellent. She carries it around with her everywhere, and even uses it for work. The Ai update is something out of star Trek. If you really want a good tablet that can be used a lot, play deep graphics games, use it for work, engineering, anything you can think of, try this one. Even the battery still lasts two days of full use.

I can unlock my tablet with it as well. The camera are pretty good for a tablet. After the OneUI 6 update, using the AI makes the tablet better than before. And having the 120hz screen keeps things looking smooth.

Galaxy AI has surprisingly been an incredibly useful tool. I use this tablet for both entertainment/downtime and work. The S pen comes in handy a lot, especially when jotting down notes and annotating text. It's a perfect screen size for watching movies, reading, and playing games. I only have to charge this beast every couple days, outstanding battery.

By having a color accurate screen I can accurately adjust the levels of my photos while also having an excellent pen input to allow me to accurately draw notes onto photos for further editing later on. While also allowing me to do a lot of the editing on the device itself. I have used the Galaxy AI to help me figure out elements of my photo and what brand they are to properly annotate the photo If I forgot details of the day.

Definitely an upgrade over the S8+ model, which I had previously. Also, using the Samsung store online and the trade-in is the best way to upgrade for the value!

I was unsure which tab s9 to get and after alot of research I decided to get the plus model. I am over the moon with this tablet it is the perfect size to read textbooks or watch lectures while being small enough to take with me everywhere I go. The plus has what I feel is the perfect screen size for watching media or working on school projects and when you add in the S-Pen it gets even more amazing. I was unsure how much I would use Galaxy AI as it's something new to me but in the last week I have had my tablet I have used it multiple times to help me edit photos that where almost perfect butaybe had an object in frame or something off. I have found myself using the AI features without even thinking about them almost second nature . If your a college student or looking to get a gift for a college student this is what you should get I feel this will be my best friend for my academic career and will make studying so much easier.

It's a pleasure to use and the performance is just amazing. The speakers sound great and with good volume. The screen is second to none and thr features are just too many to mention. A new feature is the Galaxy AI and it's pretty amazing. The built quality is great, with long lasting battery that recharges quickly with a Samsung 45 watts charger. I am looking forward to learn the many features this tablet has to offer!

The size of the screen and the aspect ratio is so comfortable for reading textbooks ,viewing and editing pdfs while not being so big it's hard to multitask while using a laptop(honestly this has almost replaced my laptop if I wasn't more old school). The media viewing on this is amazing as well great viewing angles and love how the s pen interacts with media watching. I was unsure how much I would use Galaxy AI but in the almost week I have had my tablet I have used it multiple times to help me find similar clothing to my favorite actors . I love how Galaxy AI helps me edit my photos makes removing unwanted objects so easy I would recommend this for any college student I feel this will be my best friend throughout my academic career.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Fantastic Stopping Point For Me Tablets once had a lull for years where no one was really pushing their specs as hard as the cell phone industry was. It was surprising because on a larger display device there was ample room to pack in all the horsepower and then some. Samsung has consistently made great tablets for years; the Tab S6 and Tab S7 made it through our house, but when I saw the S9+, I saw the perfect opportunity to upgrade from my current 8.8 inch tablet. I have to admit, the 12 inch tablet is better to hold and view than 8.8 inches, but even better is the top notch current gen hardware married to Samsung's UI and that AMOLED display. I couldn't be happier, and I feel like at my age it's an excellent stopping point that should provide years of relevancy. I use it for entertainment (music, gaming, etc) but I also use it for work to do training videos and create office documents. There are too many features to list. My favorites of course are the fact that Samsung is coy about including the aptX codec on the S9+; in fact, I cannot find mention of it anywhere online (I have a device that an orange light appears when it is paired with a device that supports aptX, so it's definitely there). I use Quick Share almost daily between devices, even to my Windows PC. Samsung is brilliant creating that unifying service. I haven't had an opportunity to use AI, but for everything else, I couldn't possibly reccomend any other tablet. It really is that great.

My time with my Tab S9+ has always been convenient with my everyday life. I'm a college student going in full time so seeing the neat features like DeX and Multi control has been very helpful in my study time. I was really surprised on the battery life, and so being a student full time, I had plenty of battery after the end of the day! Another feature that have absolutely love is the Galaxy AI feature! The feature has changed my ways of researching. I love when I can use my S Pen and convert it into text thanks to the AI feature it's been so quick and so efficient for my quick notes. Tab or circling object is one of the features that are my favorite. And as a college student, it can't be any more convenient. The Tab S9+ was a perfect size for me. Not too big or too small, just right! I take my Tablet every I go to my school and sometimes to my work. Having plenty of battery life with amazing features, and a screen size that felt perfect in my hands. I can say that this is the perfect tablet for those who are in school for making quick notes or turn it into a computer with DeX and Multi control it's the perfect tablet to help you out in your daily routines.

Screen resolution is very good, camers are good but can be bit better. Battery performance is impressive. I had ipads in the past, this tablets expandable storage capacity is the big plus. You can always get better deals on samsung tablets. Only problem is when you compare to ipad the screen sharpness is lagging, specifically when browsing net. I hope samsung gives more years of updates to these tablets. S pens comes included in the purchase that is a big plus. Overall I will pick galaxy tablets over iPad any day as they are have many advantages over ipads.

I really appreciate that it uses the same android UI, so there is no learning curve. I can take phone calls and send messages and browse web pages while my phone is charging and then seamlessly continue from phone when needed. The included pen is very useful in taking notes. Memory card support is really useful to store pictures and videos.

The live transcribe function to have Samsung Notes recap meetings and trainings, quick search of terminology or images with AI, DEX; it alk makes for a smooth experience on the go. My tablet also pairs effortlessly with my laptop for a second screen as needed. My job has become easier with the addition of the Galaxy series from phone to tablet to travel keyboard and mouse.

Between acting as a second screen for my laptop, a drawing tablet when using it with my computer with photoshop, and a more compact and lightweight computer when need be. I can't find anything wrong with it. It's fast, beautiful screen, and comes with a stylus loaded with features. I had considered an iPad prior to getting the S7+ but the S Pen included just was a deal for me. Samsung, you have out done yourself.

I do wish that the pen was track able, since I've already lost the one that came with the tablet, but I've learned to be more careful. This tablet is very good at changing handwriting into type. I've used that quite a lot. I would definitely recommend this tablet.

Being able to connect this to my phone where I can be looking at something on my zflip and seamlessly go to my tablet and pick up where I was in my phone is awesome! It's great quality and sturdy. The only thing I wish were different would to have a slot on the tablet to hold the pen, not just magnetic. Overall a 5 out of 5 in my opinion. I've been a Samsung user for as long as I can remember and I'm never let down. The new addition of the Galaxy AI has been super helpful and a fantastic upgrade to devices.

I rekindled my love of drawing/painting by using this tablet and have delved into graphic design/drawing/artwork on it; easily stream movies/shows; creating spreadsheets for various things I like to track (exercise/budgeting/etc); and just the general ease of browsing the web, while also taking advantage of Galaxy AI to turbo-power my searches too. I've been a devoted Samsung user for years and it's nice to have the seamless connectivity between my different devices (computer, phone, and tv) as well.

The deep color of the screen are just as comparable to my OLED tv so I don't get washed out colors and the HDR is pretty good. The tablet did update to include galaxy AI and the features are nice to play around with when taking notes. The overall battery life is great and I can go a few days without charging based on my current usage.the tablet has a premium feel and I recommended if you can see nice sized, full featured tablet in your future.
