The 8K resolution makes everything look incredibly sharp and detailed, and the colors are so vibrant and lifelike. Watching movies and shows on this TV is a whole new experience.The smart features are super convenient too. The interface is easy to navigate, and there are tons of apps and streaming options. Everything runs smoothly, and even regular HD content looks fantastic thanks to the upscaling.

The brightness makes it a perfect fit for my open sunny family room. My guests are fascinated by the size and enjoy the 8K videos I show them. I bought a second for my master sitting room. The slimness makes it perfect fornwall mounting. If i could afford it, i would have one in each room. The quality is excellent for photo displays.

You can cast content to the TV from your favorite streaming apps and services via your mobile device, or just navigate from the apps that come with the OS. Alexa is built in, but it also works with Bixby and Google. It sounds great too. If you're in the market for a quality smart TV looking to spend a premium this TV is worth a look. Samsung's One Connect box—a separate box designed to control cord clutter with all the external ports you'd need for gaming consoles, laptops, and other devices. To stream all my movies I have an array of free movie sites and a ton of other sites one can subscribe to. I can also download any site if not already in the enormous list of movie channels. Samsung offers "News Channels" to keep you updated with the world daily news. But you can always download TubiTv-for free movies and free "Live News". Overall this is a best TV and recommended if you are looking for an awesome and immersive experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst TV made. I bought a 85 inch 800C 8k tv. 4 months ago. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TV MADE!!! Followed by the worst customer service that any company has ever had. The TV turns its on nd off and have had Samsung service out 6 times and Best Buy technician out 4 times and the tv is not only not fixed. It gets worse every time they try to fix it. I have asked Samsung multiple times to replace it. They are refusing. The sales manager at the Best Buy I bought it from and the Samsung technician say the tv needs to be replaced. Still they haves refused. They are coming for a 11 time. I got a good lawyer I hope they are ready. I have all support documents as well

Samsung as well as Best Buy (Where I punched it) have been at my house a total of 8 times to fix my TV. It still isn't fixed with Samsung having to reschedule again. BUYER BEWARE!! The only thing worse than the TV is Samsung support!

I recently purchased an 85-inch 8K TV, which was a significant investment. I expected the TV to work perfectly right away, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just 10 minutes. Although there's a warranty, and a technician is scheduled to visit in four days to repair it, the situation has been quite disappointing. Given that I encountered issues straight out of the box, I believe it's reasonable to ask Samsung for an additional four years of extended warranty at no cost. This would make up for the inconvenience and assure me of the quality service I've come to expect from Samsung. If Samsung can meet this request, I would be more than willing to update my review to a detailed 5-star rating, reflecting my satisfaction with their response and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Streaming issues and terrible support. Purchased this directly from Samsung, along with Samsung’s extended warranty. After it was out of the original manufacturer’s warranty, but still under the extended warranty, it began having streaming problems with the pre-installed Disney+ app. It also has problems with Hulu and Peacock, as well as YouTubeTV. All other streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, Paramount, MLB.tv, and MAX stream fine. I have spent at least 100 hours troubleshooting with Samsung, as well as Disney+ and YoutubeTV. Everyone points fingers at the other. The apps that don’t work on the Samsung TV work fine on my other devices and televisions. Samsung does not support this product after the initial warranty. Even though the extended warranty was purchased from Samsung on their website. They don’t care. Picture is great, but only on the streaming services that work.

Waste of money to get 8K .. most of the video content that is streamed is still in 1080 and the extreme pixelization of BLACKS , DARK COLORS, and the horrifi shadow of black behind WHITE things " such as a golf ball on the green" make this one not worth it. I have had it fixed TWICE already ... screen black spot , then the computer board went out. The TV SUCKS still compared to when i got it , not sure why but after two repairs i am going to live with it till i put a shoe thru it. Spend 1/4 the cash and a get a 4k TV!
