One of the best purchases I've made
This tv is the best purchase made. The resolution is completely insane. It has all the smart features. Watching TV in it makes the experience so much better. Now Everytime I go to someone else's house I can't look at their tv because this one has made it so that all other TV's resolution looks bad. I connect it to my phone and laptop very easily with wifi and stream everything effortlessly.

Best TV Screen I've ever seen
After a decade od using a 1080p TV, I finally upgraded. My gosh has it been so worth it. The colors and visual fidelity is beyond this world. It's amazing how far technology has gotten. We'll worth the investment

By far the least best customer service
Product worked great for one month. Online software update start by itself 2 weeks ago and it never worked again.
Spent 2 days online and on live phone call to try and resolve with no change.
Customer service said they would schedule an in home service. Two days later I get an email asking for all my purchase information. I bought it online from Samsung through my Samsung account and they should have had that info. I logged into that account and sent them a screenshot of the order from their site. After another 48 hours the service repair was canceled.
I received another call from Samsung asking for the same information as before. They said they would now do an exchange.
48 hours later they call me again and say the product is out of stock and they asked for the same sales receipt to start the refund policy. The service person did explain any of the refund procedures until I specified what would happen next.
The service agent said the receipt would have to be verified (for the third time) then they would schedule a tv recycling company to come pickup the TV. They will need to give me a receipt for pickup. I would then need to send them that receipt for approval.
I paid over $6000 for this TV and purchased multiple Samsung products and have never had one problem.
Samsung seems to try and make their service process complicated and frustrating so you will eventually give up. If you are considering buying directly from Samsung.. don't.. Buy from Sam's club or Best Buy and use their customer service.

Top quality LED 8k TV with crystal display
I have found the Samsung 8k TV to be a game changer for my streaming, gaming, watching IPL cricket, playing my favorite sports, and more. Previously, my TV was slightly small and caused strain on my eyes. The new TV has been excellent, with no issues when watching from a far distance.

Best TV ever
I recently purchased the Samsung QN800D Neo QLED 8K TV, and it has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and incredible detail, especially when watching native 8K content. Even 4K and lower-resolution content looks sharp thanks to the AI upscaling feature.

Screen with Vertical and Horizonal Lines.
On the third day of viewing the tv, a green vertical and clear horizonal line appeared. The built-in test Picture failed. Customer Service at Samsung was worthless in resolving the issue. The Asurion Insurance was no help. So, I had to return it back to the AAFES Exchange for a refund, as I am still waiting for AAFES Exchange to credit my account.

is an outstanding television that delivers cutting-edge AI upscaling features, fantastic picture quality and an improved interface, along with an unrivaled design. Its lack of Dolby Vision support is unfortunate, but everything else about the QN900D is batting a thousand.The introduction of Neo QLED helps close the gap between OLED and QLED TVs. Instead of using a set of lights to illuminate the LCD panel, the Neo QLED TVs use an array of lights placed behind the panel. This improves colours and contrast to increase the clarity of the picture.Though there are certain QLED panel types and screen filters that can help reduce this problem, many QLED TVs suffer from poor viewing angles. This is especially true on entry-level and midrange models from budget-friendly brands like TCL and Hisense.

Needs update! Get blue shadows on faces and surfaces, changes inputs for no reason.
Other than that it's great TV. I can watch without my glasses it's so clear. I'm not a gamer but with this I've started. The remote is too cool.
