What do you like best about the product?
Safenet best feature is licensing: it's user based so tokens could be implemented on multiple way using one user license (phisical, apps etc..). Second best feature, interfaces: Safenet Trusted Access has 3 interface for platform admin user, user manager and a self service portal too. Platform admin has several feature such as ip filtering and policies User Manager permits to create and manage user and token Third, Self service porta: the self service portal permits users to manage basic needs such as a pin reset, logging the operation
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Microsoft Authenticator as token could be useful Thales support isn't so fast and first level usually answer with manual based, expecially on advanced tecnical feature

The solution is ease of use and is simplified solution for deployment and operation

Some products like router may not support by this 2 FA tools

It's App is very beautifull part of your Secure Access as can get multiple option for login like Push Notification,SMS OTP and Email OTP.

Reporting part should be improve with more details of audit logs.

If you're looking for a reliable and affordable security system, Thales SafeNet is a great option. The system is easy to set up and use, and it offers a variety of features that are helpful in protecting your data. Overall, I think this is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to other people.

I got information about safenet from one of my Frined , safenet team should be more focusing on marketing and reaching the cyber secuirty experts with demos so they can understand the futures and servies

Finest Access management platform. Fast and easy to use service for all required 2Fa needs. Plus the system worked flawlessly with parallels remote desktop hosting. Compare to other authentication solution, it costs less and easy to manage.

It has great capabilities, but for some options like integration and UI features are cumbersome and unintuitive. Documentation wasn't clear on these scenarios. It can be improved to make the transition easier for end users.

The most significant advantage of TSNA is that it is a SaaS product and works well with Cloud apps. Moreover, it supports multiple authentication methods and works with 3rd party authenticators. Protects various applications using diverse technologies, including SAML, OIDC, WS Fed, cloud-based RADIUS, agents, REST and SCIM APIs and an application gateway. Provides for faster and more convenient passwordless authentication
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting dashboards and policy usages are cumbersome and can be made more intuitive. Product support can improve and include more granular FAQs.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy best support ever it can be up and running within 2 hours it has great and strong capabilities comparing with other technologies. There is no any hidden cost like other competitors.

Thales STA is a great technology with great support, but they have only one challenge that their cloud solution is not available in Middle East, which makes STA as bad option for Governments and Banking sectors whom are looking for on cloud technologies.
