Easy Set-up, Great Quality and Price
I've used Xerox printers at home and work for over 30 years. Print quality has always been superb. This unit is for my home network and fits perfectly in my small office space.

Xerox C310
Our office bought two of these printers new. Right out of box one reads paperjam with no paper in it. Called customer support and could not get it. She states thinks its a bad sensor but don't worry it's covered under warranty that we should get a new one in a few days and everything we need to send original printer back will be in box. Received the replacement one today and it is a refurbished one and nothing in box to return other one. The second one works but can't print double sided as it jams everytime. Prints are clear and color is great. Easy to use.

Not a good machine at all.
I would not even rate this a one star because the feeder tray always jammed and the envelopes were shredded inside the printer and put a hole in our envelopes.

Simple setup and fast printing
Bought this to replace an Epson Ecotank printer in the office. Needed faster speed and the ability to handle heavyweight paper stock. The C310 performs flawlessly.
Setup via WiFi was so simple and quick.

Great home/ office printer!
I bought this print to replace a BW Samsung printer. I needed a color printer. My old printer have WiFi connectivity issues.
At first I had a hard time setting up the printer using Bluetooth. Setup was easier and faster when plugged into an Ethernet port on your network. The printer is fast for my needs.

Trouble and expensive to use the print cartridges
I bought this printer a month ago and have had nothing but trouble with the color cartridges. They work until you have to put a different color in and then don't work when you put a different catridge in that wasn't even the problem. VERY disappointed!

Speedy Color Laser Printing
This unit works great and prints very fast. There isn't any warm-up time to print, which helps the speed. There has been no trouble printing double sided pages. The color is great. The set-up instructions, though, were minimal, so I ended up using the set-up videos on You-Tube

I bought this printer about six weeks ago. It was very easy to set up. The quality of printing is superb especially with photographs, far better than my other printer from another large manufacturer.

Great Printer! Have no fear switching to this!
I switched from a larger 2-letter brand to this. it is great. The printing is instant and the quality is amazing. I would say it is 10% louder than my prior printer, but only during a full print cycle. Yes, it goes to sleep...it is supposed to sleep (a prior reviewer is having pc issues. its not the printer). it wakes from my Mac, PC or phone in an instant and prints. Also, it has an app that lets you set up and edit your settings. I never do this but I tried it and it is simple to use and took 1 minute to set up.

I bought this printer six months ago, and I like it because it keeps the margins straight and even on either side. However, it's noisy, and whenever I load paper it always tells me that it's a paper jam when it isn't, and I have to keep closing and opening doors A and B until it reads as ready.

Defective Printer and Horrible customer service
Soon after the printer arrived it worked well. I then encountered messages that two of the toner cartridges were not working. I cannot resolve this despite several phone calls to Xerox technical support. Do not buy this printer.

Printer seems to choose just what and how it print
I bought this Printer last week in hopes of having a printer that will print from my wife's Mac, my Samsung Windows 11 laptop, my Samsung S23 Ultra phone, and my wife's new iPhone 15 pro. It seems that no matter what do, the printer will not print much that I want to print.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
As soon as it was out of warranty and in the middle of a print job, the screen displayed the error message "Replace unsupported magenta cartridge." It turns out it wanted me to replace ALL four toner cartridges which were of course OEM. Xerox refused to answer questions over the phone and instead sent an email with brief instructions to update the firmware. Step one had to do with the IP address. Of course, they won't tell you how to find that. When they finally sent instructions, it turns out you CAN NOT get the IP address because it would normally display where the error message shows. Luckily, I was able to figure out the IP address through the wireless router. After entering it in a web browser and selecting firmware--guess what? NO UPDATES. In other words--congratulations on your new boat anchor/landfill contributions. I had spent hours on the phone and in chat and through email with Xerox. They are utterly useless. I have used and owned laser printers since the early days of the Macintosh computer and have NEVER had one fail like this. Most last at least 5-6 years and I've had them last well over 10. The Xerox C310 is a complete piece of garbage. Buy at your own risk.

Good printer. Unreadable support cd.
Difficult to use initially due to unreadable cd with drivers and usage info. Magically after a week of use an update arrived that fixed it. Now working fine.

Great printer features, abysmal front line support
NOTE: This review provides an update to an earlier posting that I asked to be deleted. The original follows in its entirety, explaining a situation that had led to a 1 star review. Below that is an update that summarizes the resolution and my recommendations regarding this printer. ******************************* ORIGINAL REVIEW: As soon as it was out of warranty and in the middle of a print job, the screen displayed the error message "Replace unsupported magenta cartridge." It turns out it wanted me to replace ALL four toner cartridges which were of course OEM. Xerox refused to answer questions over the phone and instead sent an email with brief instructions to update the firmware. Step one had to do with the IP address. The Xerox C310 is a complete piece of garbage. Buy at your own risk. ******************************* UPDATE: After posting the original review above on Xerox's web site, the webmaster reached out to me hoping to resolve the issue by escalating to another team. A member from that group called me on the second business day after posting and I explained what Xerox representatives had put me through. Long story short: over the next couple of weeks, Xerox shipped new toner cartridges and the printer was working again. The explanation was that a batch of cartridges had been shipped with defective chips. Thankfully the expendables caused the issue and the printer itself was not the problem. I offered to update my review and am doing so on all sites where it was posted. While I would give the printer and its output (as well as the final support I received) an overall 4.5 out of 5 stars, I feel it would be a disservice to other consumers to completely ignore all that happened. With the above in mind, below are some things to consider. Should you buy the C310, you will likely be happy with: 1) overall print speed 2) print quality 3) time for first page out on waking from sleep 4) an exact estimate of pages remaining by toner cartridge when low (that's a big one--see "one final word of caution" below) The lack of printed documentation (i.e. user manual) that can sit near the printer and be a ready reference for troubleshooting is enough to knock at least half a star off the overall rating and one of the main reasons for 3-stars for Ease of Use. (Sorry--a disc or 'online' resources are not helpful when it comes to immediacy. The cost of printing a manual would not appreciably increase overall cost on expensive hardware. Even print on demand services show that the manufacturing cost for a manual would be about $2-3 at best.) Should you buy the C310, you will likely be spectacularly UNhappy with: Xerox phone and chat support should you need it (This is the primary reason why the overall rating is a 3.) ONE FINAL WORD OF CAUTION: DO NOT stockpile toner cartridges. Wait until you truly need them (i.e., when the cartridge is about to run out based on your printing habits), then purchase and install ASAP. Xerox offers a 90-day guarantee on their cartridges (OEM not 3rd party) and should assist.

I will throw this printer away and buy a new one!!
Every day this printer shuts down. I don't know if it goes into sleep mode or simply shuts off. With every printer I've ever owned I simply send a print job and it prints. The only thing I have found that works is to unplug the printer, reboot my computer, then plug the printer back in. Every day it's the same thing.

Finally, an apt replacement for the legacy Phaser!
Waited many years from the Phaser days for an adequate color laser replacement at a reasonable cost.
I'm glad to say the C310 was worth the wait.
