Rated 5 out of 5 byDanProgrammer from Works for what I needWorks great for what I need, I only need a few USB connections and had to get a separate cable, mini-DP to DP to accommodate the docking station, but was only $7. So far so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 bykaranbazaz from I usually buy them 2 at a time.......One for work and the other for the home office. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have gone through a Lenovo upgrade, and buy 2 port replicators for home and office. I run multiple monitors, keyboards, cameras, IP phones, etc, and moving from environment to environment would be no fun without these. If you have a laptop and a halfway decent home or work office (or move between the 2) using a port-replicator / docking station is the only way to go for accessories...!

Rated 5 out of 5 byJohnnyPepperoni from Middle of the RoadWe have probably around 100 of these in our office and I would describe them as "okay". It's kind of a pain to slide the laptop into the dock properly and it only seems to support up to two external monitors. We've also had periodic problems with one or both of the connected monitors randomly losing signal for a few seconds. On the other hand, they do replicate a lot of ports and it's fairly easy for users to setup themselves if they work from home. Nothing to write home about, nothing to complain to your sales rep about.

Rated 5 out of 5 byzeddi from Audio over HDMI problemsIf you wish to use audio over HDMI or DisplayPort think again.Audio via HDMI breaks frequently.Connecting HDMI directly (without docking station) works without problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySnookie1970 from Nice port replicator with good optionsPros:Lots of video out optionsCharges the laptop when connectedCons:Made for different sized laptops, so locking down in place isn't exactly a solid line up.

Rated 5 out of 5 byecolson from Works, but it's alright.Everything works, but the design doesn't feel very intuitive. Other docking stations allow me to quickly find that 'sweet spot' to properly dock it; this one leaves me floundering for several seconds trying to find it.
